Fenrir Graveheart Its a hypothetical question. >.> Besides, I was told that you can learn village jutsu if you acquire their scroll somehow. You COULD, But that would probably require stealing the scrolls, since no Kage will give out their village's secret jutsus.

You COULD, But that would probably require stealing the scrolls, since no Kage will give out their village's secret jutsus. No GOOD Kage. And the point still stands that you would need the proper element.

So lets say, HYPOTHETICALLY I dash into Cloud and steal their Zanbato sword-style. Because my elements are wind and probably sound now, that means I wouldn't be able to learn the style anyways since it uses lightning techniques like lightning strike?

You're going to steal the scroll from who? The kage? The weapons master NPC who has mastered said style? The highly guarded ninja library?

Again, its hypothetical but for sake of argument lets go with the highly guarded ninja library, because I like breaking into things and the kage would probably own me.

You COULD steal it hypothetically, but good luck with that one.

Sweet, but what I'm asking is can I learn a taijutsu/weapon style that uses moves that would ordinarily be out of my element? I think I understand now that I can't learn sand genjutsu without having the sand element and stuff but styles are different and usually explain their powers through different methods of training.

I would say no, im pretty sure you simply can't use any jutsu (even taijutsu) unless you have that element available to you.

no, I would have to say he CAN learn it, however isn't able to use the techniques that use the element. Like learn the basic training and the style of using the sword. But none of the techniques.

Gregar828 @Suna: Yes, you need sealing chakra to use Fuuinjutsu, AND you need to be of the sealing maste type (Actually, thats a half lie, its still under debate whether you NEED sealing master for Fuuinjutsu). But no one can use it right now because SOMEONE promised to make a list of Fuuinjutsu (Glares at Martin). You CAN make a jutsu for us to put on the universal list, but a lot of these jutsus are created by your RPC, hence the name Custom Jutsu. Well, If It ends up you don't need sealing master, Can I please change my shinobi type? Because Then it would be pretty much useless. And why would you need to have Sealing type chakra? That kinda doesn't make sense, but at the same time makes alot of sense now that I think about it... Could someone please tell me if By some miracle that You don't need Sealing type chakra? ( Hopes for the best ) Or maybe if When you take sealing master you get an extra chakra type ( Sealing ) making you have two? ( Is just throwing out options that affect him in a positive way )
