Vincent took up two kunai in each hand. He pulled back his arms as if it were the string of a bow. Then he allowed the four kunai to fly out against Hiniko. The four of them whistling through the air as they went straight for their target.

"Doton: Ishi Yoroi no Ude (Earth Release: Stone Bracers), useful for close combat. Let's see... By taking dirt and rubbing it on his/her arms or legs, after performing the necessary hand seals, the shinobi is able to create very durable defensive bracers that add extra protection when using the arms to block. The chakra that is infused in them help to soften the blows of any physical attacks. These are very useful for taijutsu users or to defend against an onslaught of upper body blows. These bracers block physical attacks. Very useful for close combat, or just blocking anything close-combat related." Jubei mumbled as he read the scroll, his range of academy-rank doton jutsu nearing completion. At least, everything in this scroll. There might be more, but there were none inside of this scroll. Only this jutsu and one more, and he would get to learning that one very soon. First, though, he was on this one. After looking over the jutsu, Jubei picked up a handful of dirt from the ground and rubbed it all over his arms and legs, until he looked like a filthy little street urchin. Very sure that he was sufficiently filthy, Jubei performed the necessary hand seals and formed the 'stone' bracers. They were, surprisingly, made of stone or a similarly durable material. He gave a couple of practice punches and kicks, and satisfied that these bracers and greaves would not hinder his movements too much, Jubei dismissed the jutsu and wiped off his arms.

He hated being dirty.

Next was another doton jutsu, one that seemed very useless. Still, he had to master everything in this scroll as soon as he could, and that meant learning this jutsu. "Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth), simple as pie. Just think of the ground as a conveyor belt and pull or push in one direction. This may be useful if I need to have fun." Jubei sighed and got to work, first by kneeling down and placing his hands on the tough earth. Jubei made a practice moves, pushes and pulls and all of that nonsense, very boring work. He wanted to move on to genjutsu already, or at least more Genin-level doton jutsu. Soon, he hoped to move on to some Chuunin-level ninjutsu, or some more taijutsu. Jubei sighed as he performed the necessary hand seals, glad that with this last academy-level jutsu he could move on to better things. Hopefully. He placed his hands on the ground once again, the only difference being that his hands were charged with chakra, and began pulling towards himself at a rapid pace. The ground in front of him, where one of his clones were standing around bored, began to move towards him quickly. His clone fell and continued to move towards Jubei by no movement of its own, but by Jubei's manipulations of the earth. Before his clone slammed into him and caused a nasty mess, Jubei pulled his hands away from the earth and stepped to the side, dodging his clone as it went sliding by.

Jubei shrugged and went back to his scrolls.

Taiji approached his Jonin instructor, happily puffing on his cigarette.

"Heya Hana-sensei. I was wondering, seeing as you're a jonin, could you maybe aquire the yojin bunshin scroll for me?"
he said slightly excited.

Kamiko tapped her foot lightly, "Hurry up sensei," she grumbled.

(She never gave her name out xD She goes by Megami)

Kamiko stared at Tai through her mask, "Teach me the 8 inner gates please."

Kamiko poked her sensei, "Up, lazy a**" she hissed.

Kokirii glared viciously at Kamiko. "DO.NOT.POKE....ME." she said through grit teeth. She leapt up blindingly and stared at them both before she relaxed. "Wanna see what I learned today?" she asked, quite camly, with an eeriness that was perhaps worse than outright rage.

Scared slightly for his own safety, Taiji nodded softly.
"Sure, show me..."
