Myurai turned around, flashing her rich red eyes behind her and carefully activated her eye's power. She closed her eyes, scanning over the trees with her slightly ranged vision. Sure enough, her fears were true, she just noticed a coursing chakra system in the tree diagonal from her. She shivered and her eyes snapped open, glistening in fear. She gently called out "don't toy with me, just come out and fight" Her smooth speech filled the area and a moment in the grass made her jump. She looked and sighed, it was only a grasshopper. She stood back up and almost screamed when she saw the man in front of her. The veins around the man's eyes were bulging. Myurai grinned and and shot her glance straight into his eyes and they widened as his veins smoothed back and his eyes reverted to their normal, pupilless state. Myurai grabbed her kunai from it's pouch and twirled it playfully on her index finger "shall we begin, or are you to scared to fight without your precious byakugan?"

What you know about the clan/bl:
Members of this bloodline not only have the ability to focus their chakra on one specific part of the body for ultimate effectiveness but they can obtain a Kekkai Genkai as well. With this they're able to sense the life around them and even fight blindly. This is achieved by sending your own energy out and feeling it reflected back at you by the environment. When not fighting blindly users see three main things. Living things with intellect that are outlined in blue, living things without intellect that are outlined in green, and finally non living things that are outlined in gray. Although the Kekkai Genkai has these abilities it cannot sense chakra, only life. Finally this ability grants them the power to have perfect balance as long as it's activated.
There are special abilities gained even without the Kekkai Genkai. Users can wield and even use chakra to enhance their physical strength. Their ability to use this increases with each rank.
Rp Sample:
Chi darted around in the forest in attempt to shake her pursuer. Although it seemed like she was his target it was quite the opposite; he was her target. Her previous method of assassination had failed with him and it was time to try something different. First, convince the target that he had her on the run when she was actually putting her plan into action. His name was Takeshita, and Chisame was certain that he had no way of detecting a clone from the distance he was. So now knowing that a perfect chance like this might slip she created a shadow clone and left it in her place. Of course Takeshita wasn't stupid, so he would recognize the fact that the clone wasn't her soon enough. So in order for this to work Chi had to move fast. "Good thing I was born into this Bloodline..." the girl muttered referring to the Pure Chakra Manipulation Bloodline. "Merucury." she muttered and immediately felt the effects of the Jutsu. She was easily able to direct her Chakra into her legs and in a moment would be able to move 4x faster than usual. Things would move a lot faster with such a high increase in speed. So after a moment Chi rocketed forward so she could get behind her target.
Getting behind Takeshita was easy but staying hidden was the tricky part. The shinobi was quite skilled and it would be no simple task completely eliminating him. This was proved when Chi arrived behind him. The man suddenly stopped and threw a kunai ahead. His pinpoint accuracy shone threw as the knife pierced the clone and caused it to vanish instantly. He then turned and looked around. Still not able to sense me.... although this was true the plan wasn't working out as she'd hoped. He formed 3 clones besides himself making a total of four people and lept into all direction. One of course was the direction she was hiding. "Damn." Chisame closed her eyes and when she opened them again they were in the form of her ocular jutsu: Mujakigan. Now everything was in the form of outlines. Seeing the three clones and one original through the forest was simple but keeping up with each ones movements wasn't.
Seeing that two of the four were going to converge on her Chisame decided that staying hidden would never work. It was time to face the enemy and take him out on her own. She jumped out of the underbrush just in time as the two clones threw shuriken at the very same place she had just been. "Looks like I'll have to fight after all." Chi muttered as she turned to face Takeshita. His face was mostly covered in bandages with the exception of his pitch black hair and piercing blue eyes. Though underneath the dressing anyone could tell that a smile had formed on his lips. "I wouldn't want it any other way." he muttered in a rough voice. The jounin glared back at him and jumped down from the trees into a clearing below. Takeshita followed and thus the battle began.
Chisame knew right away that this fight wouldn't be easy. Her opponent was well skilled when it came to NinJutsu so she knew the perfect way to counter that. Of course the skill took a pretty big price to pay, and after doing it both of them would still be in perfect health. First Chi needed to weaken Takeshita with low level skills that wouldn't drain her. The Chikara Hirate. While planning out her strategy her opponent was doing some thinking of his own. So at this point an eerie silence fell over the battlefield. Both ninja were quick thinkers however so this only lasted for a few moments. Still, in the end only one of them would be standing. It was the last peaceful moment one of them would ever get. Takeshita made the first move of throwing a shuriken and the battle began.
Dodging it was easy but clearly the weapons purpose was not to hit her but to make her move. Chi glanced at her landing spot and there it was; steel wires. He'd set a trap using his other clones. Of course with her Mujakigan activated her balance was perfect. It was a simple task of slightly changing her course and landing perfectly. Her opponent grunted as if he was slightly angry but for some strange reason he only stood there and made no further moves. That's when it hit her. Takeshita never got rid of his clones. They were still lurking in the forest. Or rather, they were coming right at her. Cussing to herself for not noticing it earlier Chisame pulled two Kunai's out of her pouch and jumped into the air. The clones paused momentarily to gather enough momentum to jump at the same height but that was the moment she threw the weapons and pierced their heads. The clones burst into smoke and left nothing but the knives behind. Now a different problem was presented to Chi. As she was rapidly descending Takeshita was preparing his next attack. Sure enough as soon as she touched the ground he would strike. It seemed the jounin would have to waste more Chakra then expected. It was time for her to use Reiki no aru Yoroi.
There was little time to use the skill but enough to at least form some rough protection. Closing her eyes Chisame quickly felt her chakra and felt it seep out of her skin. It enveloped her and although she couldn't feel it the girl knew it was extremely durable. The armor had almost completely formed when she hit the floor and Takeshita made his move. "Katon Housenka no Jutsu!" he roared and put his hand over the bandages. This skill caught Chi a bit off guard. He was going to burn through his mask? According to her research though his face was terribly injured. Any jutsu involving his mouth weren't possible for him. So how could this be? It didn't matter much though because as he inhaled for the attack a few extra moments were added for her to prepare the aura armor. So now with it completely formed the enemies attack would be nullified. Takeshita leaned forward and let multiple blasts of fire burst from his mouth. However Chi wasn't worrying about the constant balls of flames that hit her. Instead it gave her the small opportunity to come up with a counter for the moment his attack ceased. Instead of waiting for his attack to end however Chisame decided that the time to charge was now. After performing the Reiki no aru Yoroi she didn't have enough Chakra for the Junsuiton: Mujitsu no aru Hinansho, the jutsu that the girl originally planned to use. Not only would it tire her out but she would have to continue fighting afterwords.
Chi ran forward and through the hardest of the flames. With her Chakra now starting to get focused in her palms for the Chikara Hirate technique her armor got weaker. Burns began appearing on her skin and although they hurt a great deal the assassin didn't let it get in her way. Pain doesn't last forever, so just deal with it when you do feel it. Or at least that's what she told herself in situations like this. As the last blast of fire collided with her Chi sprang forward with all her might. All she needed was one impact to the mans heart or head and it would be over. Takeshita wouldn't die but it would make it a lot easier to kill him afterwards. Of course things rarely go as planned so when he unexpectedly launched another Fire flower while she no longer had her aura armor the whole plan fell apart.
Of course her first priority was to get out of the line of fire. A simple task, but yet again another element of surprise showed up. The final clone he had made earlier came forward from the forest with a kunai in it's hand. For Chi it was simple to counter and she shoved her palm into his chest causing a blast of chakra to destroy the clone. He eyes quickly looked back at Takeshita but something was strange. Instead of standing and preparing for another attack the man was lying on the forest floor with blood pooling around him. What had happened? Cautiosly Chisame approached the body and peered down at his face making sure to stop using her ocular jutsu. His mouth was a wreck, and apparently that was the main source of the blood. Huge gashes ran down from his mouth to his chest. Surely she did nothing to cause that and there was no way a simple fire flower technique would cause it no matter how warped his face had been before. That left only one option, he'd committed suicide. Sure enough a small dagger was gripped in his hand and was dripping with blood. Chi had seen it before, an enemy who couldn't bare having someone else feel the satisfaction of killing them. "Idiot. Now I have to carry your bloody body all the way back to the customer." were the last words she uttered before collapsing next to him herself. The jutsu always took a strain on Chi. This was one drawback of her bloodline. Besides, it was always nice to take a rest now and then. Even if it had been short, the battle was still quite challenging in terms of strategies. Her opponent was able to come up with multiple tricks to trip her up. A worthy opponent that in the end took his own life. Still, the girl was grateful that she got the chance to be the last one he would fight. For that Chi would let him rest peacefully just a little while longer.

Azeiel: Denied. I can't in good conscience allow an application to pass with nothing in the knowledge section. And I got three posts into your sample before I stopped. Your sample, going just by those three sentences, is describing the Byakugan. The Ranmaru cannot see chakra, and it does not have telescopic vision.
And now I have skimmed the rest of your sample, to find zero real use of the bloodline. Honestly, this bloodline needs some editing to make it more understandable and fair, but this sample still fails to pass the bottom line.
@Inu: Sorry, I don't know that bloodline well enough to judge the application.

Now the shuriken was white. He sent it to one of the ninjas. It hit him in the throat and he fell down. Kage stopped where he was then turned around. He did the hand signs for the white chidori. The then used it to attack against the last remaining ninja. ....................................I cannot even begin with how many things are wrong with this sample. Denied.

Crimsondot Rpc Name: Tsubasa Deido Village: Otogakure Rank: Academy student. Bloodline or Clan applied for: Suigetsu What you know about the clan/bl: This ninja can change their bodies into water. They are weak to Raiton and Hyoton, taking large amounts of damage from Raiton and being frozen by Hyoton. And must constantly drink water. They are more skilled in Suiton than others. They can change their bodies to make their limbs more muscular, allowing them to carry heavy objects. They can also meld with bodies of water, Allowing for quick and easy travel. They can even use this ability to go as far as healing themselves when merged with water. Rp Sample: Tsubasa was by one of his favorite places. It was a large freshwater lake, and he sat against a rock, with one leg bent back. He was drinking a bottle of water, sighing. He had to drink the water, a rather depressing limitation of his condition. He was just staring off into the distance, not really focusing on anything, when he heard a shocking battle cry from above. A ninja in a cloud headband jumped over the rock, katana at ready, he took Tsubasa completely by surprise, and if he didn’t do something right away, he would be split, completely in half. Tsubasa quickly spat out, “Hydration technique!” He then sunk into a puddle, avoiding the attack, and a cruel death. He stood up in his human form again, and his foe had moved back, sheathed his sword, and began to make handseals for an unknown jutsu. Well Tsubasa could not let that happen. He charged forward, attempting to clock the cloud ninja right in the face with his fist. Tsubasa then heard his target shout out, “Heki no Jutsu!” And his body began to flow with electrical sparks. As Tsubasa touched his foe, he flew backwards, his fist burned. “AHHH” Tsubasa cried out, as he took a huge amount of damage from that attack, being made completely out of water. As he steadied himself, the Kumo ninja punched him right into the water, sending him sprawling. He then quickly used another technique, Great Water Arm. He reformed out of the water, and charged at his opponent, punching him with a much more muscular arm, and sent him flying into the rock, despite the ninja’s attempt to block. Tsubasa picked up the injured ninja, and was about to clobber him again, when the ninja kicked him again, into the water once more. When the cloud ninja pulled out his sword again; Tsubasa used his Hydration Technique, and performed another jutsu, Water arms. 4 arms shot out of the water at his foe, and they snaked towards him. The Kumo swordsman slashed one, and another, but his arm was grabbed by the third, which picked him up, and the fourth grabbed his neck, preventing his scream as he was strangled to death. Bloodline or Clan applied for: Pure Chakra Manipulation
What you know about the clan/bl: The Clan or bloodline basically hones and centers the chakra inside one and directs it to certain parts of the body to intensify their abilities. The ability is all about finding this pure chakra within oneself usually from a near death situation or through intense meditation. The techniques cost lots of chakra, and thus is physically demnading and harmful to a persons bones. The bloodline most interestingly of all has a chakra sensor type to it, where a person can basically use echo-location to see and to track others.
Rp Sample: (I haven't rp'ed in a while so ya...im just going to stick with a lower ranked person as i can probably handle it easier)
Birds chirping in the distance and the lovely sounds that accompany a majestic, yet empty forest. Tiny insects circle around Lana as she sit among the twirled and knotted roots of an old wise tree. Alone like usual Lana's anti-social lifestyle is creating quite a distance between her humanism at this point. She may of been blessed with good luck, but this day Lana will know pain and misery. A rodent of some sort scatters about in some bushes near Lana. Turning around and throwing a kunai quickly into the bush Lana is a bit on edge. She has had a trifled past here in these woods and heard one too many ghost stories for her to feel entirely comfortable. The rodent scurries out of the bush its leg bleeding slightly. Her aim is good, but not that good. Early on in Lana's life--years ago--her family was seperated in these very woods, the body of her mom was found dead and bludgened near a peaceful creek; her dad's body never found and suspected of murdery Lana's mother. Taking a deep breath inwards and focusing back into the present Lana closes her eyes and continues to meditate.
The rodent scurries to its owner wimpering and sulking the ninja that owns the mouse had been scouting the area. A chuunin rank scout accompanied by his bitter jounin level and very much corrupted teacher. Their forehead protectors remain in the shadow. Smiling the scout looks ot his teacher. "I found a pretty little thing." He says through a crooked smile. "She's alone and on edge. Doesn't seem like too high a rank or my rat would of died."
"Good job." The teacher says patting his student on the shoulder. "Perhaps she has an ability that could be of use to us." Both ninja in a blur start hopping from tree branch to tree branch. They have a bit of terrain to cover and in the time it takes them to get in the general range of Lana they have already made a strategy and come up with all sorts of develish things to do with poor Lana's body. Finally close to Lana's position the two travel slower and completely silently. They reach a nice position right above Lana. The sun begins to set on the horizon leaving Lana in a red and orange light and the ninja hidden above her in complete darkness. The canopy of trees providing ample protection from sight and sound. Signaling his partner with his hand signs the two's plan is finally in action. The scout ninja drops down from the trees and delivers a surprise kick straight to Lana's arm. She only had the reaction time to use her forearm to protect her face. flying backwards, rolling in the dirt Lana gets up quickly to face her enemy.
"Who the hell are you?!" Lana screams, grabbing at the dirt while standing up. She throws a bit of dirt at the enemy who simply weaves a handsign and blows all the wind to the side. The jounin appears behind Lana, kunai to her neck. "Yell and you die." Gulping Lana is caught off guard and unprepared--not to mention completely out classed. The chuunin walks up to Lana and punches her in the stomach, forcing her to her knees. The chuunin places his palm on the crown of her head and basically scans her. "nothing special sir, just a normal gennin." Finding out she is of little use to them, The two men rip up Lana's clothes and get a little peek of her body. Such selfish desires, unquenched still they beat Lana to a pulp as she tries desperately to fight back, but can't lash out in such a degraded state. Cutting her up and leaving her dead the two ninja leave to look for other gennin they could possibly steal powers from. Lying there in a pool of her own blood, Lana has much time to think.
Her body bruised, her clothes ripped and torn, blood oozing out from major and minor cuts alike Lana is in no shape to heal herself or escape to any sort of safety. Closing her eyes all fades to black when suddenly a surge of power awakens within Lana. Her eyes have changed drastically and her power is quickly being restored. Sitting up Lana looks around her the world is a completely different sort of place. The colors plain and simple it makes it quite easy to sense someone in the area. The two ninja that put Lana in this state didn't retreat far and unluckily found another gennin in the forest. Currently they are in the proccess of scanning said gennin to take his power from him. Jumping upwards a surge of chakra is felt rushing to Lana's legs bouncing with huge strides Lana makes quick time to get to the enemy. Breaking tree branches on her way to the enemy Lana's powers are a bit unstable, her control a bit off. She lands near the ninja creating a small crater in the dirt. The jounin protects the chuunin scanning the poor gennin. Launching a series of taijutsu techniques lana uses her supreme balance to avoid the hits. The jounin has much power and breaks just about everything surrounding Lana. Falling to the ground Lana focuses the chakra to her forearms and does a handspring upwards kicking the jounin into the air, Her body completely upside down she spins around grabbing the jounin by the ankles and throwing him to the ground. Again doing so by focusing chakra into her forearms. The jounin is out for the count. His head having landed deep into the soil from the throw.
"Who would of thought a girl with such massive breasts as you could move in such a flexible manner." The chuunin laughs pushing the other gennin to the ground. "Never fought a half-naked girl before though. This should be interesting." The chuunin tosses several kunai at Lana. She simply dodges them by focusing the pure chakra to her legs and hips. Utilizing amazing flexibility she dodges his weapons, getting only slightly cut along the way. Seems there is something deeper to his attacks than just weapons. The wind. She remembers he used wind element to take her dust terribile attack and move it away. Thats the trick. Lana rushes the chuunin trying to close some distance on him. He weaves a bunch of hand signs and waves his arm towards Lana as she gets close to him. A wind blade almost cuts her in half. If she had not jumped into the air spinning around and over the wind blade The spin created quite a bit of momentum letting her leg whip out from the spin Lana kicks the chuunin into the ground. As he lay there sputtering non-sense and blood. She stands over him. "quite a view from down here." he smirks. Lana squints down at him focusing her power and pure chakra to her left arm. "Nice last words." she replies Punching down at the enemy and landing a solid and death dealing punch right to his forehead. Lana walks away from the area her power receeding once again. She stumbles and falls trying to support herself up by a tree. The gennin she had saved arrives on scene. And support her on his shoulder. Lana has used up basically all her chakra and is in a terrible state, she could use rest for a couple days straight after exerting herself as she just did.
"Thank you." The gennin says. "You saved me, so this is the least i can do." The two walk back to their village. More like the gennin supports and drags lana back to the village to try to get her back to health. It takes all night to get back to the village the sun rising as they reach their home. Still too early for many people to be up and awake Lana is lucky that the streets aren't crowded as her clothes are in torn shreds and would be quite a peepshow to many passerby's. Setting Lana down in a hospital bed the gennin smiles and thanks her once again before leaving her to the care of the orderly's here. Lana lay in bed unable to go to sleep staring out the window, wondering what just happened to her, she knows that feeling quite well, the feeling she had when pounding the enemy to the ground. She knows her future will be all the brighter if she can defend herself and loved ones by unlocking more about the mysteries of her newly acquired power.

Attention! Sorry for the inconvenience but anyone who is applying for the Pure Chakra Manipulation will have to pick another bloodline to apply for. -Edit by Tosatsu-
Just to clarify, after a review of the bloodline, there is a good chance it will be locked down and removed in the near future, so to avoid later annoyances, it would be best to pick a different one for now.

What you know about the clan/bl: Basically the 'Chakra Demon' clan, Konagas are able to tap into an unheard of amount of power when in a tight situation, and are able to use chakra in ways others couldn't. They're in constant pain, though, and coop with it in different ways. While they can't use genjutsu, they can't be effected by genjutsu as well. Every jutsu has a pain drawback.
Rp Sample:
Aeden began to breathe heavily. The village around him was being razed. Mion only needed a couple of minutes to evacuate everyone. He had to hold the line, and so he would.
His arms were both in a silvery aura; Chakra Augmentations, as were his legs. Three of the bandits surrounding him charged in. He simply raised his right arm to block the first's sword swing, as though the blade had collided with pure metal. No one saw Aeden move, they just began to soar in different directions. The entire group charged then. Aeden jumped double the height he normally could, then slammed his blade on the ground as he came down. A shock wave erupted in all directions. He then flickered, no, the carnage didn't even wait for the flicker. Blood spewed from all the flying bodies even before the flicker. A moment later, he stood where he had previously, though coughed up blood as he dropped his sword and doubled over in pain. That wasn't the smartest idea, but most effective.
Then chakra began to explode from his body just as Mion arrived to retrieve him. "N-no! Go back!" He was spazzing, yelling in pain as random bursts of chakra shot off like licks of silver flames. She grew closer, not sure what was going on. "Chakra... unstable.... will level everything... GO!" Then a blood curdling scream came from his mouth as a massive explosion engulfed everything.
Aeden awoke a couple of days later. His body was in pain, much more than usual. He managed to turn his head enough while laying down to scan the area. Everything wasn't in ruin. Everything had been... vaporized, like nothing ever existed here but a crater. He put his hand over his head. Tears rolled down his face. He couldn't believe what had just happened.
