Natasha sighed and held her smile, nodding as she gently took Ethen. "Well come on then, you can watch while they do the last preporations and checks before he can go home."

Jonah got up and followed her out. It was nice to know they trusted him so much. It was like having a family.
Liza held onto Nate's hand tighter than she had during the birth, though her face stayed calm. She didn't like this anymore than he did. She didn't like it one bit.

"So how are all of you related?" Natasha asked as they walked down the hall, Ethen sweetly snugged on her real arm as the robot arm kept him stable.
Nate nodded to her and started to hum to her, wanting to sooth her even though he wanted to track down that woman. He knew Jonah would take care of things though, and that made him relax a little.

She sighed and hid in his chest waiting for Ethan's return.
Jonah smiled sheepishly. "We aren't really. Me and my other two pals Braxrton and Fixture were homeless for awhile, and ya know... i met Nate. I was just being friendly and invited him to go out with us and do some drinkin', but Liza got worried and invited us home, long story short she took us in... we're like... adopted kids. Unofficially." he blushed.

She chuckled and turned a corner, it having a few doors and then a big window to look at other children just in case they weren't aloud back to the family for a while. "You work here don't you? I swear I've seen your face before." She blushed a little and stood next to a door, wanting to continue conversation with him but no outsiders past this point. Main reason she was asking really.

He nodded already scrubbing up. "That's why the nice lady sent me, not Nate. I'm authorized." he said with a smile signing in on Ethan's chart.

"Good, then you can help me with his last shot and just give him a quick check up to make sure he doesn't become disabled or any of that." She smiled and walked into the room, placing little Ethen in a plastic crib to keep him in one place. She got on some rubber gloves and grabbed a needle. "Would you hold him still for me?"

He nodded and kept him still, but Jonah's sensitive and when the baby started to cry, he had to turn away so she wouldn't see him tearing up too.

She put a band aid on the spot where she put the needle in him and smiled, having had noticed Jonah. "You love him." She said softly as she threw the gloves and needle away. She then sat in a chair in front of them both and started to gently move her fingers around Ethen's body to check for deformities that could grow into a big problem.

Jonah smiled "I do." Ethan was a healthy little pup, nothing wrong, except maybe a slightly high body temperature. Otherwise, he was good. "Um, he did get the rabies shot right? I don't know if you know but he's part wolf, so .... yeah." he said just doing what he could to protect the baby. They all did.

She shook her head and turned around, placing gloves on her hands once again and got the needle, walking up and looking at Ethen apologeticly before sticking him, quickly removing it when she was done and put a band aid on it. "There, now that is all done." She sat down next to Jonah with a sigh. "At least you came, if I had let a parent in they would have freaked out about the shots."

He nodded and wiped his eye, he was a bit of a sap. He then scooped the little guy up and kissed his head, shushing him and rocking him back to sleep with that magic touch of his.

She watched them for a little while, finally going and getting a more comfortable bed for the little guy. "Lets get him back to his folks, I'm sure they are worried sick about him."

When they entered the room Nate practicly jumped off of the bed and greated them with a warm smile. He gently took the baby from Jonah, this being the first time he has held his son. He was so small in his arms and it brought a tear to his eye.
Natasha smiled and stood there for a little bit before getting their attention. "When Liza is ready to go home he is ready to go." She said kindly before walking out of the room.
