Cid walked into the training hall, his hands in his pockets. He saw four girls and a boy grouped together but payed them no mind. He walked forward till he found the old punching bag in a spacious place. He took his hands out of his pockets and began punching with strong hard strokes. The bag swung back then met his other fist. This reapeated as he continuely punched the bag, swinging it higher and higher. Sweat began to roll off of his neck as he continued punching it. He began rotating between punching then kicking it hard and fast. He reared his fist back and punched it hard, making his hand go through the bag. Using his fire he burnt the bags hole back together, patching it up so that the sand wouldnt leak out. He continued punching and kicking the bag again, but not as hard.

Cid turned to face Michael and laughed. "Okay but this is a training area so we will only be able to spar here," he said to Michael as he formed a flaming Double-sided sword in his hand. He held it over his head in an old knight stance called La poste di falcone, the italians called it the guard of the hawk, A high guard and strikeing stance. He readied himself and then spoke to Michael clearly, "you know I never strike first, it is easier for me to guard." Cid laughed lowly, then stood silently thinking of Michaels movements.

Michael replies, "fine, but I hope you arent embarrassed when I kick your a** this time." Michael laughed lowly before answering Cid's reply, "Ah La posta di falcone, now there is an old stance that I havent seen in a long while. Lets test it then shall we." After saying that he thrusted his sword toward Cids stomach, using force and made a wind form around his elven blade aswell.

Michael was hit by the last wave of fire energy after blocking the first two with his katana. He charged Cid and their blades clased, making a shinking sound. He attacked repeatedly swinging his sword, locking it with Cids. "Well it seems that you havent gotten any worse than last time and you have learned a thing or two aswell Cid," Michael said with an evil grin on his face. "I have waited a long time for a good match against you, but I guess this little spar will have to do for now," he added as he locked blades with Cid once again.

Cid heard Midnight and smiled at them then went back to fighting Michael. His word would clash with michael till he decided to end it and forced them from each other. AS Michael stood, Cid conscentrated all his power over fire and formed a Dragon of Flame. Its red hot eyes burned with the fury within Cid as he formed it. It rose almost hitting the 30 foot ceiling above him, he used up alot of power doing this.

Cid Sent the Dragon hurtiling toward Michael and their powers Colided Wind and fire forced him against the wall. Cid heard a crash of hurricane force winds and hell fire rushing around him and Michael both. Feeling weak he couldnt deflect it and was hit on by an onslaught of WInd and his own fire. Cid barely stood up with a devilish grin on his face. "I guess..." he said with hard storng breaths, "I guess its a tie" he said falling against the wall holding his stomach.

Michael Had taken the same blow as Cid had and was forced against the other wall. His head was hurting now and blood seemed to drip from his mouth on to his chin. "Yeah a tie is all I can say for now," he said and with that he collapsed inconscious on the floor.

Cid stood up and turned to Shine, "so did you enjoy the show, both you and midnight?" He grabbed the wall and stood himself upright. "I didnt mean to scare you midnight, its just me and that guy are really compettitive against each other," he said to Shino and midnight.
