After that little encounter, Wander was a little dumbfounded. "Um, ok?" He asked himself, cocking an eyebrow in confusion.Still, she was involved with that man, so she was also someone he felt he needed to keep an eye on.

"Heh, sure you don't." Devon teased with a slight poke of her arm, grinning a toothy grin. "Oh, I don't think we've properly met on any level. My name is Devon." He told her as he stared into her eyes, finding them just intoxicating.

 Twilith didn't say anything, just stared at her healed wounds mistified. She didn't feel like she had the right to talk now that they helped her even when she thought they hated her. From the corner of the room, she peered at Kai longingly.

Shina started blushing as he stared into her eyes.. "N-nice to meet you Devon.. I'm Shina.." She blinked and then had a sudden urge to do something slightly random.. She put her hands up to his cat ears and tweaked them with her fingers.. she giggled, amused, "they really are real.."

"Shina...what a simply beautiful name. Well, only fitting for a beautiful girl, I suppose." Devon breathed sensually as he continued to stare down at her, smirking lightly. "Of course they're real. I'm a cat demon after all." He insisted on reminding her before he couldn't help but close his eyes for a moment and began to purr gently, actually loving the sensation that her touch had on him.

Shina blushed slightly when he called her beautiful and then giggled when he started purring, "You are very interesting...Mr Cat demon Devon.." She was addressing him rather formally.. as she had just met him... She then pulled her hands away rather quickly. She had sensed a mischievous feeling about him.. "What sort of mischief are you up to...? I can sense your feeling of mischief." In other words that particular emotion was the only one she could decipher rather clearly..

"Mischief? I conquer Mistress Shina, 'tis you who aret the mischievous one." Devon mused with a rather toothy grin before he took her left hand into his own, kissing her knuckles once before he stood up straight once more, not letting go of it for a moment before he did just that. "But in any case, I'm merely just revealing my utter curiosity and actually admiration for someone as beautiful as thee..." He whispered in slight olden tongue as he smiled down to her.

Shina was blushing profusely, she was not use to such actions, which greatly confused her as well as made her blush quite a bit. She was at a slight loss for words or a response.. which somewhat made her unknowingly slightly vulnerable..

"Cat ears..." Twilith couldn't help but interupt. "I saw another boy with cat ears before." Her voice was still barely audible as she was still nervous in enemy territory. In a louder voice she said, "I..I knew a cat-boy before. Have you met Debido?"

Without taking her eyes off of the demon before her, Diana looked over at Twilith. "No, I don't believe I do..." She said softly.
Devon just chuckled to himself, running a hand through his light hair as he glanced down at her once more. "You, my dear, are too incredible for words." He told her with a smile. Seeing this silence as an opening, he placed his hand underneath her chin, eying her supple lips for a moment before deciding against it, noting that it was still too soon. But he instead placed his lips against her forehead before pulling back after a moment.

Shina blushed even more when he complimented her and even kissed her forehead.. She was wide eyed with confusion and curiosity and feeling quite bashful all at the same time.. It showed greatly on her face as she continued to blush, and be at a loss for words.. She had never encountered anyone like him before.. And so she was truly mystified by his actions.

"You truly are a princess, my dear, of the highest quality even..." Devon whispered to her before he leaned down and kissed her cheek before finally releasing his light grip on her chin. From there, he just admired the sheer beauty that was her face and persona.

"Puppetry, the art of using one's mana to manipulate objects or people." Kuroi's eyes flashed black. "Excuse me." he dissapeared and reappeared behind Devon, digging his sharp now metal fingers into his shoulder. He glared "My apologies for acting like my father but if you want to live, step away from the girl."
Debido's ear twitched as his name was said. He left Melody a note saying he won't be gone long, transformed and dashed off to the inn.

Shina's eyes went wide when she saw Kuroi's eyes. "Kuroi..! He wasn't hurting me...!" She truly and honestly didn't understand why he was so upset. Shina, upset because Kuroi was causing pain in front of her, that she could easily feel herself. She gripped her shoulder where Kuroi had gripped his fingers in Devon wincing slightly, and then took off into the woods. Though not a smart move for it was night and she could easily get lost, she had to distance herself from the true source of pain.

"What the.....Shina!" Kuroi took his fingers out of Devon's shoulder and noticed how sharp they were. His eyes widened. "So sorry, please forgive me." he said before healing Devon's shoulder and running after Shina.
On his way to the inn Debido saw Shina running through the woods. He meowed and hoped Shina would see his shining cat eyes.
