I would have said incompetent rather than bad, but yeah. Hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

How are the governments in those other countries you've been to? Any better, or about the same?

Don't get me wrong, they are all corrupt and screwed up to some extent. Any government will be, but democracies and republics are the worst. That said though, most of these countries that I have been to were a great deal better than here in the States. Didn't like Iraq, but that was when Hussein was still in power. Haven't been there since he was ousted.

Well corruption doesn't matter if people are able to live comfortably.
I mean, if a president fixed EVERYTHING, then it turned out that he'd bribed hundreds, killed people, and stolen money for himself, I wouldn't give a s**t. (probably a pretty big exaggeration but you get the point.)
I honestly expected them to be better, doesn't surprise me in the least.

I agree, and I wouldn't even care if they fixed everything, as long as they solved more problems than they caused. There is more than enough room in any government for personal glory and profit. What inevitably ends up screwing things is that politicians show up who want to wring that system for all its worth. Rather than just being content with what they get, they want MORE and QUICKER. To make things even worse, instead of doing their jobs to get it, they spend the majority of their time trying to c**k block each other and arguing about who has the bigger d**k. Worthless pricks rarely get anything done, so I'm inclined to believe that each and every one of them is as limp as a piece of cooked spaghetti.

lol, that was awesome and messed up at the same time XD
I'm probably not going to be voting until I find SOMEONE who's trying to fix things instead of trying to get the position just to have it. s**t... I'm almost old enough...

I've been old enough for a while, and each time I vote I mark the little box that says 'protest' then requires an explanation.

The Tea Party is pulling it off next election, right? You should start a party and run for president within the next few years! Or are you not old enough yet...
Either way, I'm sure I could convince a lot of people I know to vote for you, and you'd have all of gaia to advertise =D (by which I mean, Me yelling at people that if they don't vote for you they're retards with no minds of their own.. Either way, I'm right.)

I believe you have to be at least forty to run for president. I'm more than a decade too young.

You need to be 35, but over a decade means you're still too young XO

Already knew I was too young. Which is entirely why I don't really give a crap about running. Well, part of the reason. I just don't give a crap about volunteering to fix the problems that someone else caused.

My girlfriend begging for special favors doesn't do anything. So it won't work if you try it either.
