Kate rubbed her head, then noticed an odd sight out the window. It was another half-cat-thing, walking down the road. Away from them.
In a sudden burst of (usually wrong) intuition, and being a little weirded out by the cat-boy in her apartment, Kate suddenly felt extremely giddy.
"Hey," she said, walking over to and throwing open the window, "is that your buddy? HEY! I THINK YOUR FRIEND IS OVER HERE!"
This last part was shouted out the window, at the back of the cat-boy's head outside. He was about ten floors below and fifty yards away... or so.

Jin's ears twitched and stopped, looking up at the source of the yelling, seeing some crazy girl in the window.
curious, Jun walked up behind Kate to see his supposed friend, his heart skipping a beat in fear when he saw someone that looked almost just like him.
when he saw the white head of his brother, a sly grin spread across Jin's face before he jumped into a nearby tree, to another tree, then onto the fire escape as he made his way up to the window before he sat precariously perched in the window. "Hey toots, can Jun come out to play?" he said with a sly smile, his tail flicking about anxiously behind him.
Jun on the other hand had fallen back in slight fear, backing up in confusion as to who this double of his was. "Who..who are you?! How do you know my name, and why do you look like me?!" he demanded.
"Aw, dont tell me you forgot about little ol' me?" Jin said climbing in and walking over to Jun, standing over him with a hurt look on his face. "That hurts bro, it really does. But then it's nothing i cant pay you back for." he said as the sly smile spread again as he quickly grabbed Jun's collar and tossed him out the window before Jin jumped out after him.
