She rose to her full height, which, at slightly over 6 feet, was taller than him when he stood. "Really now... I'm no errand girl. And certainly not a slave." Her eyes became hard, and her tone bitter; she'd been following orders for much longer than she cared to at this point.

Cale arched an eyebrow but continued to grin. "Im not suggesting either. this is an equivalent exchange of services. now are you going to help me help you, or sit and wait for the droids to make you a Feddie taxpayer?"

She sighed and brought her free hand to massage her temple. She stared at the floor a moment before looking back at him. "Alright, what do you want?"

She stared at him. "You're insane. How could that possibly help our situation?" Her tone stayed dangerous and low as she spoke, risingly slightly to emphasize 'how.'

She glared at him, then stared at the gems. It was true that they held great power, but they seemed to give off negative energy, almost evil. She glared at him again. "Alright, I'll do it..." she gave him a tiny kick as she passed by him, then left the building looking for a deep pit. She found one and held her fist out over it. The gems inside glowed brightly, almost desperately. Her hand suddenly felt warm, and finally the gems felt as though they were burning through it. She let go in a brief and reflexive recognition of pain, and the stones fell deep into the cavernous recesses of Coruscant's surface. With them fell a great weight on Ali'anna chest, and she breathd easily a few times.
She returned to the building and put her hand son her hips. "Now what?"

The outlaw had drawn his trusty DL-18 and was checking its ammo when she returned. he pulled himself up to a standing position and rubbed his throbbing head. "Now apologize for kicking me. It was mean and it hurt."

She planted her SO-19 against his forehead. "Don't get cute. I'm not your little slave girl. I'm doing this for me, not you. Cut the crap- what do we do next?"

Still grinning Cale looked the angry twilek woman in the eye. " See, there you go. You're being a big meanie again. Im not going to help you if you continue to be such a negative nancy."

Ali'anna fumed. "You don't even have a plan do you?! You're just toying with me...!" She grabbed for his collar now, fully prepared to lift him off of his feet, as her tone descended to darker levels still. "No one toys with me..."

Cale continued to grin knowingly as the woman got increasingly more angry with him. "Oh, I have a plan. A good, nay Brilliant plan. a plan that just screams tactical genius. and now I see your part in it increasingly shrinking. You're desperate to leave this planet. The only way to do that however, is through me. Kill me, you're left alone with the droids. irritate me, and I leave you on this rock. so its just a good idea to get on my good side as soon as possible. Savy?"

Ali'anna let go and laughed; it was a shrill cackle that frightened even her, so she stopped abruptly. "I don't need you... today alone I have destroyed countless droids and people. They don't frighten me." She raised her blaster again. "To think," she muttered darkly, "I thought you were like him..."

"Yeah thats real nifty and all." Cale said in a disinterested tone. "Now, are you gonna apologize for kicking me or are you gonna shoot me and stick around for when the feddies drop the gauntlet on this urban sith hole?"
