Skieth appears at the gate, wearing a trench coat decorated with ninja tools. Before entering, he removes his coat and performs a series of hand seals before transforming into a 14 year old version of himself. He then makes more hand seals and places his hand on his neck, spawning a tattoo.
"That should hold my chakra down for a while. "he said before proceeding with his jacket over his shoulder.

Zann shrugged and shifted his footing slightly so he was not in Jedi’s way. His eyes were focused on Skieth, and he disappeared and reappeared in front of him,
“Genin and below aren’t allowed to leave the village.”
