*Thanatos was more than clearly angry at what Tyrsais had done to him. Others at the table seemed rather upset aswell. Still, Thanatos was right, how could he know if the vial really held an antidote? If he took the contents and he only got worse, then an even graver shadow would be cast upon the vampire. The children understood one thing if anything so far. Tyrsais had done something to Thanatos, something bad that wasn't acceptable. That much would get a frown from two of them, directed in Tyrsais' direction*

::Tyrsais chuckled lightly when Thanatos seemed so upset about the whole thing. He would look down at the vial and smile slightly::
Thanatos... all those nice things you always say it seems I finally found a way to get under your skin... I have no need to infect you, nor would I be so foolish as to believe Zio hasn't already scanned that antidote. Next I had never noticed an impact on the vision of the test animals back at the Fortress... However I'll make time to access your condition later if you will allow me to do so. In reality, your immune system should have been far superior to the virus I doubt the infection has a real hold on you.
Now to answer your question Mastema. What have I done for this Citadel? I claim nothing. You don't want to have me as a intergral part of the operations around here, why should I go out of my way to solve little issues your henchmen can handle. I'll protect your family Mastema have no fear. It's a simple matter of honor. Give me a directive and I shall take action. Otherwise you'll have to handle things in your own way.

Than: *Than grumbled. Maybe this revelation wouldn't have been getting to him so much if it were not for all the information he'd discovered recently* Nng..... Calm down Thanatos..... it is an antivirus. Please take your seat; I would rather not have escalating violence at this conference.Than: ~_~ Hai......*Thanatos sat down with the vial again. He would use it soon enough* If this is the same virus that Dom used......*Mastema turned back to Tyr* Well, quite frankly, Himura, I have little reason to call upon your assistance when I believe you are incapable a fighting even for your own kind. *It seemed a rather odd comment* Oh now what was his name......... Albert?

::Tyrsais nodded slightly to Mastema and looked away propping his feet up on the table::
Sure... Albert was taken however I don't have a location for him nor his captor. If you don't feel the need to call upon me then I'll continue to do as I have. Though I admit I do have a few things to appologize for... none of which relate to you Mastema.

Oh I most certainly am not looking for an apology. Just an explanation. *Mastema's demeanor was closer to normal now* Your comrade was taken captive I believe more than a month ago, yet I have seen no attempt from you to rescue your own comrade. See my point? I certainly cannot count on someone who will not put forth the effort to rescue his own comrade. On that note...... What were you doing the moment you discovered your friend was in danger? It seems I do not have to refresh your memory; I am glad you came composed so

::Tyrsais sat back slightly after hearing Mastema's line of questions. The last bit of it was the only one he couldn't answer easily. The details of what he had been doing eluded him a bit. He realized how stressed he was by it.::
Well... I was talking with Thanatos and Proto. In some way you could say that I'm trying to assimilate into the social structure of this place. Thanatos seemed the easiest person to attempt "friendship" with.
Let me tell you why you have not seen me up in arms searching everywhere for my friend. I know who has him and I have been searching for him for some time. Until I have more at my disposal then I do... Relinth will hold Albert.

*Mastema laughed at the response like it was a comedy, a synopsis of a play* You give the details so lightly, Himura. Let me fill in a bit. Eecheb and Trilla were exploring part of the citadel when you met them inside an abandoned store, and I take it they did not appreciate your presence. Next, I believe you fought with a creature in that same location which had not provoked attack. I believe that was when Proto arrived with Thanatos, and the latter prevented your continued assault. That is also the point where you infected Thanatos with some kind of syringe......... Now do you remember? That was when you were told of Albert Himura's plight..... *Mastema scoffed* Maybe you should spend less time chasing unknown creatures and protect what you have....
Than: *He remained silent, even when Tyr mentioned that he was easy to befriend*
*Needless to say, it didn't fit well with the others that Tyr's own comrade was in danger while Tyr was infecting Thanatos*

*Not only had the meeting between Tyrsais and the children been in an abandoned building, but the building was in a section of the citadel, Tyrsais had been told not to enter. It was true also, they didn't appreciate his presence there at the time, they only wished to explore but that was cut short. When Tyrsais had made the building darker than normal, it had attracted the creature there, it might have otherwise not appeared. Talk of a "creature" in the citadel however made Nana turn back to look at Mastema, this was the first she had heard about the unknown thing. The creature to date, had attacked no one. Upon Slayer, Albert, and Tyrsais' first viewing of the creature only Slayer did not have weapons drawn. The creature had always retreated, from the first time it had appeared infront of Mastema and Tyrsais, to the last time when it had watched Proto make a pile out of the rubble that used to be Orias' lair. Non-hostile and yet hostility was wrought upon it, perhaps a fear of the unknown was to blaim, but no one else had attacked it or tried to, only Tyrsais and Albert*

Cole blinks, that was it!
Push... and counterpush!
The barrier was stopping things from passing through by pushing back on them with equal force, effectively neutralizing anything, no matter the size or strength from getting through. It was certainly massive enough to handle the strain.
So...
He places his hand careful on the barrier.
"What if I were to move... without pushing?"
Concentrate.
Focus.
Move.
Don't Move.
Move.
Don't Move.
Move.
Don't Move.
Move.
Don't Move.
Move.
Don't Move.
Move....... but don't......
Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't
Don't....
Don't push...
MOVE
And something lets go, his hand fades from view but he still moves.
((XD))

::Tyr would only shrug lightly at Mastema's summary of the events. He took a few seconds to review his memories before responding.::
Well... so far as I can see Mastema I have no need to argue with you. Your statements hold truth, but I saw no reason to babysit Albert. His life is his own.
As for my actions toward the creature, I've already been made aware of the error of my haste. Is there anything else you'd like to review that you already know?

Is there anything else you'd like to review that you already know? Not really. You seem to have a sound enough grasp on what I am going to say. I suggest you tread carefully from this point out, of course. *It was obviously a warning against disturbing people, especially the children, if he wanted to keep his place in the citadel. Mastema turned to Orias next* As for you, your problems seem more based on your incompetence rather than malice. *It may or may not have been an insult*

*Trilla would look over to Thanatos who was seated again, she didn'y look particularly happy at the moment. Thanatos bringing up his troubled sight again only got her to wondering, had Zio told him? Had he found out yet? Thanatos seemed accusitory, that it was the virus but Tyrsais denied it. There was much swimming around in the child's skull. Crossing her arms out infront of her, Trilla would rest her head on her arms which were on the tables edge. Her eyes would scan over the different wood that made up the table. At Mastema's address of Orias, Eecheb would again pay attention. The incident with his lair had been an accident, and it was realized as such. No need to rub it in. Micha would continue to stare across at Alpha Zenogais blankly, meanwhile Nana was trying to take in all the new information and make sense of it. Some of it made her mad, annoyed, surprised, shocked. Just what had been going on while she had been ill, let alone what had been going on while she was trying to recover*

((I'm surprised you didn't fry me. <_<))
Well, so far so good...
It was taking some serious concentration to keep his hand ethereal like this, he couldn't really understand HOW he was doing it but seemed like he was slowly moving his hand onto another plane of existence.
Wait, how the ******** did he know those words? Gah!
He pulls his palm out of the barrier before it snaps back into reality.
"Hmmm, maybe this needs a bit more practice before I try it."
He'd have to use the barrier to focus, the reaction of force was more apparent there. But he'd get the hang of it eventually. He sits cross legged again outside the barrier and sinks into the depths of his mind.

*Orias cocked a brow at Mastema's comment* Oh, so it's the demon's turn to talk now, is it? Hmph... I have a few issues to discuss. First of all, I'd like to demand that Tyrsais go on a diet. We can't have him crushing any more buildings underneath his immense weight, now can we? Second of all, *He shifted his gaze to Nana* ...GHOST! Thirdly, *He looked back at Mastema* I deem all cans of whipped cream evil. Furthermore, I shall no longer use nuclear powered toasters in the vicinity of the Citadel. *Orias rambled about seemingly random things, hoping that by playing dumb, he would be spared somewhat*

Mastema: stare .......I think that proves my point. *There was no way in hell that someone as proud as Mastema would reduce himself to putting Tyr on a diet* I think anything more volatile than table salt should be kept out of your reach stare The next time you want to cause an explosion, please take it outside of the barrier. I suppose I should be thankful that it was only your lair to be destroyed. I will not be as lenient the next time I feel a tremor in this citadel because of you. Understood?
Sho: >> The sh--... *Sho cut himself of rather quickly, glad he didn't talk in front of his niece in such a way*
Slayer: *He merely coughed to himself at the outburst*
Than: ._.,, His toaster was nuclear?
Proto: *Proto was diverting all power to processing Orias's statement that Nana was a ghost. Maybe his internal dictionary needed to be updated*
