Unfortunately, I had to start with Totodile... I did win against him but with quite a few casualties and some more than once.

I usually grab the fire types, but I just felt the need for Totodile. I said I had to start with him because of Rapheal (my rival). I had nothing besides a Nidoran to stand up against him.
