"Not Spongebob." Rei said, rolling her eyes. She then smiled shyly. "My other mom... the foster one... really didn't like me watching TV. So I mainly like books. I really like the Harry Potter series."

Rei wrinkled her nose somewhat. "I dunno about the movies. They leave a lot out." She shifted around on her chair, and perked up somewhat when there was a muffled shout from somewhere in the house. She sighed, looking pouty. "It's probably Khalid. He gets angry a lot. Hey..." She looked up at Kira, still frowning. "Why did Dad marry Khalid? Shouldn't you be married to Dad?"

Kira sighed running her fingers threw her hair "It's a very long and confusing story..." She smiled softly "So what would you like to do?"

"We could play a game, that way we can still talk." Rei said, clapping her hands. "I like Monopoly. Wanna see if Khalid and Dad want to join?" She hopped up to her feet, and as though on cue, her bedroom door opened.
Ryou was there, looking rather disheveled but otherwise cheerful. "Atem and the others just pulled in. Unless you were planning on staying hidden away, you should come into the living room."
"I was just about to do that." Rei said with a pout, glancing around to see if there was anything she could throw at her not-father. Something soft, of course. There was nothing, so she just had to be content with pouting. "I wanna play a game. You have Monopoly, right?"

Ryou shoed Rei from the room, telling her where the game was, for they did, indeed, have it. He took Kira by the arm, immediately looking worried. When he spoke, it was in a low tone so Rei couldn't hear. "Stay with Rei, and please don't go into the kitchen. Khalid's in there and he's not in a good mood at all."

Ryou gave Kira a weary smile, letting go of her arm. "I apologized to him, and once he feels better things'll be back to normal. Now, I have to go greet Atem and the others." He hurried down the hallway, since there was a knock on the door.
"I don't see why we should have come here." Atem grumbled after knocking on the door. "Kira should be given some time to get to know her daughter better, and if I see Khalid I might just punch him."

"Well we havent seen kiraeather. I wanna see how she's doing." kawi said. "Im hungery" Embersaid.
Kira nodded and went off to find rei.

Rei was hammering her fists on Pegasus's door. "We're going to play a game and you have to join!" She called, her voice somewhat shrill. "If you don't get out of this room and downstairs with everyone else, I'll scribble all over your little bunny dolls." She threatened, before putting her hands on her hips and marching away, feeling like it was a job well done.
"You could have talked to her at the house. Why was Ryou the only one talking to her?" Atem said with a snort, crossing his arms over his chest. The door opened, and Ryou gave them all a weak smile.
"Sorry about the wait. Come on in." He said, stepping quickly out of the way as Atem strode in. "We were about to play, um, Monopoly, I think. You're free to join or watch. Stay out of the kitchen, please."

Kirasmiled and knocked on pegasus's door her knocking a bit lighter "He peg you going to come out and say hi?" Kira asked her hair covering half of her face.

Ryou gave Ember an odd look as he closed the door once they entered. To tell the truth or not to? Glancing over at Atem quickly, he decided that the truth wouldn't be good. But he was never a good liar, and couldn't come up with something on the spot. "Khalid isn't happy and he's staying in there until he calms down. It'll just be better for everyone if he's left alone." He explained, looking somewhat nervous. "He doesn't get angry that often, not really angry, but when he does he's really dangerous. Plase just stay out of his business."
Pegasus opened the door shortly after this. He was dressed as trimly as ever, but he looked a little off. "Peg?" He asked, increduiously. "I'm usually the one giving nicknames, not recieving them."

"Yea ..I'm not that hungery" ember desided and headed to to livingroom. She wasent going to be attacked agian.
