I can play certain FPS games, like Left 4 Dead (1 & 2), Dead Island, a few others, but mainly because I can turn the sensitivity way down. Modern Warfare 1 & 2 I can't play very often for the very opposite.

Resident Evil is a 3rd Person Shooter... And I can turn down the sensitivity way low. Yes, I love the new RE games, especially the newer ones. They have fixed the mechanics so it doesn't work like the first three Tomb Raider games, I can actually move my characters around! GLORIOUS! And yes, I do enjoy me some Chris Redfield...
