I just found out that Psychic and Rock are strong against Bug ( I don't study matchups that much)

Wrong, Psychic is supposed to be bad against Bug. Rock is good against it though.

I've been using Extrasensory against three Bug-Types. That's how I get my lvl. 1 Togepi to go to lvl. 8!

~Sanctus Espiritus... Weedle is part Poison, I believe. And Poison-types are weak to Psychic. I think Bug is neutral to Psychic damage, but Psychic IS weak against Bug. So with that sense, the super-effective makes sense.... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

I knew there was something like that the moment I put my Togepi against Bugsy's Metapod. Metapod wasn't part Poison so Extrasensory was not super effective.
And you're ignoring my question. How does a second-day player reach Dragon Den. Isn't that near the last Gym?
