MISSION- Positive Reaction
Any Team Aqua member is asked to catch a Plusle

In the lobby, I was trying to teach my ditzy Buster how to growl. I looked rediculous raising my head and grolwing like a bafoon. But, Buster still wouldn't learn. Hearing the flapping of wings, I turned my head to see Zuzu bringing something in his mouth. Holding out my hand, he dropped a piece of paper and continued to say, " Mistress Mimi, I found this posted! Mission!" The excited Zubat landed on my shoulder, while I continued reading with emotionless eyes. A plusle? How amazing, I thought sarcastically. But, there was one way to look at it. Another pokemon and award money.

"Interesting." I muttered, balling the paper up, and throwing it onto the floor. Yet, it did catch my attention.

Zuzu tilted his head while the silence followed my thoughts. "Where did Buster and Shadow go?" I asked, already having Bubbles in her pokeball. "I'll go get them!"

I awaited outside of the doors of the HQ when three of my pokemon ran up. "Alright, return." Three red flashes came up, and my pokemon dissapeared for the time being. I loaded my Aqua bike, and started to plan. "Mauville would be the best place." I whispered to myself, and hopped on my bike. Soon after, I was under the bike pass, on the grass path to Mauville. thats where I saw a stupid kid trying to catch a plusle with an underlevel pokemon. Then again, none of my pokemon were really that strong either.

The kid's oddish barely dodged an attack by the plusle, and it was obvious they were both already worn out. Easy takings. the kid turned, seeing me smirking.

"Hey, kid..." I pulled out the pokeball containing Buster, expecting to fight the kid's weak oddish when it fainted. Not worried, I believed this was a grass trainer, so my plan was still going to work. "I'll battle you for that plusle." But, that was my mistake. He grinned, and nodded. "If you're sure, lady." I saw a blue pokeball, but didn't recognize it as a lure ball. A water pokemon ball. I realeased Buster, who let out a little howl. "Bad choice, lady. Go, Psyduck!" After a red beam, the little yellow duck appeared. This was just perfect...."Crud." I grunted. Hopefully this was his only pokemon.

"Buster, use bite!" I ordered. Dark was super effective to psychic.

Psyduck: 98-30= 68 HP
*Uses water gun* *Super effective*

"No!" I yelled, with Buster now fainted. "Return, buddy. You did great..." I had to choose my next pokemon carefully. "Go, Shadow!" Embarassly, the pokemon came out with his eyes bright and tail wagging. Somebody had fed him sugar again. "Shadow, tackle!"

Psyduck: 68-10= 58 HP

* uses water gun*

"Dodge!" I yelled just in time. "Howl!" Shadow twisted, and let out a howl that lowered the Psyduck's defense. "Quickly, tackle!" My lips twitched when Shadow got Psyduck critically from behind. My little pokemon was very quick. And his was very slow. But, his was also much stronger.

Psyduck: 58-35= 23 HP

I saw the kid getting frustrated. He knew nothing about battling. " Hey! You're psyduck is pretty weak." I said boredly. His eyes flashed angrily, and he took a step forward. "He isn't weak! He isn't stupid! He's smart and strong! I'll show you! Psyduck, confusion!" His smart and strong psyduck tilted his head and asked, "Psy?"
Shaking my head, I looked over at the plusle who was obviously enjoying the fight. Looking back, I murmered, "Yup...very strong. Shadow, show him how strong you are! Tackle!"

Psyduck: *Dodges and uses confusion, but has no effect against Shadow* PSY??!?!?!?!?

Shadow: *Howls*

Psyduck: *Gets headache*

Shadow: *Uses tackle but only hits weakly*

Psyduck: 23-6= 17 HP

*Uses watergun*

Shadow: 24-22= 2 HP

"Shadow!" I growled through grit teeth. I wasn't going to lose! I wasn't going to fail my first mission. "Shadow, give it everything you have! Use Tackle!"

Shadow: Poooooooooochyena! *Uses a critical hit tackle*

I watched as both pokemon lashed out at eachother. Shadow used tackle, and Psyduck used slash. Both stood for a few seconds, and I was almost certain that Shadow had one. Then both fell against the ground and fainted. But I still had pokemon left, so I still won! But at a price. How could I beat the plusle now?! "Hey." The kid spoke up, now kneeling over his pokemon, I looked at him blandly. " You still have to beat the plusle. He smirked, and recalled his psyduck into the pokeball the same time I returned Shadow. Now, I turned to battle the plusle, two of my pokemon fainted, and the other two weak against electrike types. "Okay, go-" Before I even grabbed the pokeball on my belt, the plusle ran and jumped on my leg. "Plusle!" It cheered. "Come on out, Zuzu."

Zuzu looked at the plusle, thinking it was about to battle. "Tell me when Mistress Mimi." He screeched. I shook my head, and looked down at the plusle on my leg. "No. I need you to tell me what she is saying." I told Zuzu, who listened as the plusle talked. " She said that you DID win her, so she accepts you as her trainer. You're strong enough for her, and you need to lighten up and smile more. She wants you as her trainer. I think she wants to train you how to be happy." Zuzu explained. I couldn't believe it. She accepted me without me having to force her to be my pokemon? "Okay. Then, I catch you, Sparkle!" The pokeball shook once, twice, then DING! I caught the plusle! I caught Sparkle!

Mission success.

*wakes up from daydream*
ooh...marshmellow...Huzzah...huh..wha...what?

*Walks in*
Me:NOOOOOO!!!!!! crying crying crying
Yuki:It's okay to feel sad... neutral
*Sits on couch*

*Gets off of couch*
Me:I'm bored....
Yuki:Good for you...
Me:... stare
*Starts messaging someone on the computer*

*Walks in*
Me:Hi anybody who's here..
Yuki:And that would be who,no one?
Me:... stare
*Sits on couch*

*walks in*
Me too!^.^
*walks out back and brings back a large toboggan*

*walks outside and lands ankle deep in snow*
o.O I don't know about anyone else, but I'm off to a large hill with lots of snow.
*Mischief follows, her plumey tail waving in the air*
