Astarte looked up at the moon and dropped her hands between her legs. She could smell blood, but also caught the scent of Alex. She laughed a bit, more and more just keep coming, it was great. She didn't bother to go say hi though, he seemed content. She tried to put all the singing and crying from her mind and listen to the sounds of the city.

as soon as angel mentioned athena his heart lightened. his mood went from Duality to a country love song at the thought of spending his life with athena.
"nothing's the matter now babe....i'm feeling better now. he said happier.

Jack grinned as he chuckled quietly.
"Well, if you'll excuse me, I need to leave. If you all change your mind about the show... come down to the subway."
He turned his head to face Astarte.
"Care to come along?" he asked, still grinning.

Astarte turned her attention from the moon to him. She smiled and stood up. She walked over to him and grabbed his hand. "Yes I am."

Angel kept looking at Mortis, something was still troubling him. She could see in his face even though he tried not to show it, she could also sense it as well. "Excuse me Athena, can I borrow your fiance for a bit? i need to talk with him."

Jack smiled as he nodded. He wrapped an arm around her waist and held her closely. He began to head towards the subway and looked over at the others.
"Remember: show's at the Subway if your interested."
Jack looked back at Astarte and kissed her gently. In an instant, he was gone from the park.

"There is something still troubling you Mortis, I can see it in your face and I can also sense it." She led him over to a secluded part of the park and faced him. It was dark where they were but her eyes shown a little as she stared at Mortis.
