The jist of it is that a man souls his soul to the devil, and recieves everything he ever wants. However, at some point in time he realizes he is doing bad, and is redeemed by doing stuff, and some angel. At least, that's what I remember from when I saw it on Wishbone.
My story takes the concept, and uses it for its own, dark purposes. The character is an ordinary guy, like you or me, drawn into selling drugs because of greed, lust, envy, all the emotions that make us human. He takes up the job, and does it with glee, getting everything he dreamed of, and then some. In the end, however, he too discovers he has been doing wrong, but unlike the somewhat unbelievable character of Faust, our man cannot escape his fate, and in the end, this happens.
Sound like a good read?
