Felina leaned forward slightly waiting to see if Mari was going to get up again "Yeah a tie is rare in any kind of duel or fight really unless interrupted. Maybe I should take up judging, I could totally do the whole fair and politically unbiased thing despite my family status" she joked as she ran her fingers along the couch "Cid probably just wants to be somewhere close to the screens you know. That or sample the coffee"

Hebal giggled reaching over and patting Zadina on the shoulder "Hey don't get worked up if your meaning Satoshi, that poor little moogle messenger is probably running as fast as those little legs can carry" she tutted leaning back resisting the urge to put her feet up on the table "Is Cevall the head cheff person then in the house? Is she one of those stereotypical old lady cooks?"

Seph groaned bending her back and narrowly avoiding the strike "Ow remind me not to do too many moves like that Itaka. But I have been able to manage in the past, just need to know when to run and hide. Plus it also helps to learn the good old fashioned art of first aid, you know the stuff normal people used before white mages became so popular" she smirked.

Oassu shrugged "They might not be the ones judging this match besides it's their job not to be biased so wouldn't count on it" he said patting Cid on his shoulder while he sipped his coffee.

Zadina nodded "Yeah you're probably right" he said ordering another drink in the meantime "And yes Cevell is the head chef but she's not especially old, little bit older than father would be but not as old as Uncle Elorin" he said

Itaka chuckled "Running isn't half as fun though but first aid is still not as effective as white mages unless you have a proper alchemist or doctor helping you" he said stopping to see if Seph was ok after twisting like that.

Rather than retreat from Arian's attack Mari leapt into it aiming her knee at his stomach. Arian grinned as his flaming blade scorched her body where it struck her but Mari persevered through the pain to unleash powerful slice across his face followed by another slice in the opposite direction across his face. Mari stepped back from her dazed opponent before unleashing a final flurry of attacks that battered his helmet rendering him unconscious.

Felina grinned and gave a quiet round of applause seeing the results of the match on screen rather surprised that it had ended so suddenly "Yay go Mari beating her opponant like that" she cheered giving Oassu's leg a squeeze "Doesn't matter whether they are judging or not now, the fight is over so now she just needs to find out which of the remaining 6 will be fighting her next. Hopefully not Gil, its unlucky enough him and Seph being up against eachother staight away"

Satoshi meanwhile appeared from somewhere across the table and snuck up behind Hebal's seat wondering how long it would take her to notice her presence or for Zadina to day anything"

Seph laughed quietly as she flew back to Itaka's side and slid her arms around his waist "Oh I'm sorry but its not good to hesitate too much in a fight all the same" she answered sticking her tongue out while she rubbed the spot where she hit him last "As for the scar issue, you would be surprised at just how hot some women find guys with battle scars to be"

Hebal smiled playing with her fork still unaware that Satoshi was directly behind her "Whatcha snickering at? Was the difference between your dad and your uncle really that great? Though didn't he think to become Elorin's guardian? He did have a few like the other summoners didn't he"

Oassu shook his head "I wouldn't worry, after all you'll be there for her in a real fight to keep her strength up and she probably won't face such difficult opponents as him in the wilds" he said stroking Felina's hand

Zadina giggled seeing Satoshi go "Boo" "Hi there Miss Satoshi was worried you got lost for a minute but be nice to Miss Hebal don't want to hurt her ears" he said.

Itaka shrugged "I'll take my health over women still that wasn't a fight just a friendly spar" he said stretching "Still you feel ready for your fight?" he asked as he returned the training weapons to the armoury.

Felina sighed glancing down at her hand "Well... maybe. But I can't exactly be there all the time to help out, you guys keep me so busy all the time its sometimes hard to divide up my attention as to who needs healing and how quickly it needs doing. But anyway enough of that I'm sure Zadina and even Hayate could take care of Mari's tiredness if it starts to show in a battle" she added trying not to be too negative "Just this fight then its Seph and Gil's, apparently someone in the bar from what I overheared put 100,000gil on Seph because of how low the odds were"
