I think everyone that was around for the first two generations agrees with that. Newer pokemon don't even look cool anymore. They're all blocky and spikey and stuff. It's obvious they're running low on ideas. xd

Ability One:
╰☆╮- Ikichi [Life Blood]
Viktor's eyes grow increasingly light blue. He stares at the opponent deeply. The opponent will feel a shutter in their body before they become unable to move. As Viktor rotates his fingers the blood in the person's body swirls in different directions which make the opponent feel unimaginable pain. Viktor will continue to do this. This technique is used primarily for torture purposes only, but if continued use persists, the person will eventually submit to death do to the strain on their body.
Ability Two:
╰☆╮- Ukketsu [Blood Congestion]
In this ability Viktor cut of blood circulation anywhere in the opponents body. Viktor's eyes become increasingly deep red as the ability begins. Soon, to Viktor only, he is able to see a perfect projection in his mind of the opponents inner body structure, veins, organs, ect. He can pin point even the smallest areas in the opponents body to effect. In this ability he is able to cut of blood circulation in more than one place at a time, he can do so in every location if he desired. This ability kills the opponent slowly and painfully, however, if Viktor's concentration is broken, the opponent will recover, no matter what effects Viktor has caused.
Ability Three:
╰☆╮- Akuchi [Impure Blood]
Microscopic blood veins appear from Viktor's back and attaches to the opponent. They inject a impure blood to which is completely unique to Viktor. It multiples after entering the victims blood stream, attaching to the red blood cells. After only a few moments, and after the infection enters the brain, the opponent will literally go under Viktor's temporary control. What the flaw of this technique is is that the opponent blood will quickly create an immunity to it. Viktor can have control of someone for almost 20 mins.
Ability Four:
╰☆╮- Kosatsu [Manslaughter]
This ability is very simply yet quite scary. As Viktor has an already immense boost in strength and speed in his shikai, this technique multiplies it by 10x. Viktor's favorite way to use this technique is to literally crush the opponents skull with his bare fist. This ability, once activated, will last the duration of Viktor's shikai.
Ability Five:
╰☆╮- Akeuzu [Bloody Swirl]
Viktor will send out a powerful impulse which will slightly drain blood from anything within a large radius. After the blood has collected around him, he'll activate the ability. A gigantic whirling vortex of blood appears around him, similar to a hurricane. He sends it out and the vortex creates massive destruction. Also, the blood will spread diseases to any open wounds, mouths, eyes ect that it touches. This attack is unique that it can cause massive destruction but it cannot be blocked simply by a sword, it would take an ability, such as Kido, to actually block someone from getting hit from it. I was like... wtf? This s**t was approved? stare
