Sho: Gah! Do the words security breach mean anything to you!? This isn't a home; it's a bloody fortress! You set foot in here and you won't be leaving for at least ten years, so it looks like the next ten years of your life are down the drain either way! There's a fairly good chance that if you come in here you'll get used as a battery, either by being hooked up to something or by being digested, even quicker than you would out here! *Sho grumbled* Get it!? There ISN'T a "safe direction" in here! So why exactly should I let someone in who would do nothing more than interfere with the way this place works? You yourself said some guy is after your brain... we don't need anything else coming after us because of it ~_~

Sho: KB's the one who's after you o_0 heh....hehe....hahahahaha oh that's just rich! xp *Sho pointed to the barren burned land around the barrier* Big whoop if he gets your brain. Who do you think did this? Guy's already done his own research and failed so far. Still sounds like you'd just be a pest in the citadel, so if that's all you got, you're not getting in.

Sho: o_0 *Sho was starting to see more of Cole's instability. Cole acted like they hadn't even bothered ot shoot back at KB* Dude.... the guy just doesn't die. My brother did him in when he made a charge though, so he was destroyed in the last fight..... can't guarantee he won't be back.

Sho: >> Right then. You do that. I have to get to an appointment. Good luck with that getting in thing. If you do manage to do it, against all odds, drop me a line and I'll give you a mercy killing before anything else gets to you. *Sho waved and walked through the barrier opening* ciao. *The barrier opening would close behind him*

Cole opens his eyes and stares in astonishment at Sho entering the barrier. His pupils dilate hugely and his brain opens to a massive data imput.

"What the... HELL?"

Not that he notices. Cole watches Sho go through and the shield closing behind him with slack jawed amazement. After a few moments he speaks to himself.

"You're shitting me, its THAT easy? After all that? I just have to walk into the thing? >_< Not cool. Not cool in the slightest."

He stands and goes to walk through the barrier.

((Alright, here's why I asked about how the barrier works. I just wanted to try and clear this up before it happens. Cole's powers are odd to say the least, but their affects are big. 99% of them are working on a subconcsious level, reactant only to what the situation calls for. Its how he has survived up to this point. Pretty much, when Cole walks up to that barrier, the exact same sequence that let Sho through should happen. Right down to the fact that if the barrier can recognise people it'd think Sho just walked in for the first time instead of it being a duplicate.

Why is this? Because Cole thinks its as simple as walking through the barrier. He has never tried it before, and no one has told him anything to the contrary. He just saw Sho do it, so that's the premise he's working on. His brain does the rest of it, sending whatever force is needed to royally mess with this system to the point that it thinks what Cole needs it to think.

Of course, if he had sat down and thought about it, he'd see the contradictions in his logic. But he's going with the flow because he's irritated and frustrated by the whole situation.

Course, the moment Sho tells him differently he's going to be freaked. But that's par for the course with Cole. If that doesn't work... Hellifino. I've exhausted Cole's small bag of tricks and you're not going for it. =P Dunno how he's going to get in really.))

*Time passed and both brothers continued to prepare. Trilla was back down in the room again, to make sure that they made it up to see Nana. Their robes were dry and cleaned, as were they. Their beds were a bit of a mess, but they'd likely be righted soon after they left, via Zio. The children didn't really know how lucky they were, perhaps one day they'd be more appriciative. Slipping on their shoes, all three would begin heading for the door and up to see their mother. Nana would give them a quick looking over, and then they'd be ready for either conference or play, which ever they had decided. Nana was in the same place she had been, when Trilla was there shortly before. Summoning the three over, Nana would check them all out, brush their hair, brush their wings, and make sure they were completely presentable. Now, the children couldn't understand why they were being poked, prodded, dressed up, brushed up, fluffed up, and made to do what they had been. They probably thought that it was useless, and that the adults were just being really weird. Why was this conference so important anyhow? They'd soon find out*

Have you three decided if you want to go to the conference or not? There's less than an hour before it starts. You don't have to go if you don't want to, I want to make that clear. However, it is possible that you may miss out on a few things, things that could very well effect everything you do in the future.

*The three would look between eachother, though it was more Trilla and Eecheb looking to eachother than Micha to them and back. Since Thanatos was going and the two wanted to keep an eye on him, they had decided to go. Micha would likely get dragged along with them, as he had on other occassions. Finally looking back to Nana, Trilla would be the one to speak*

Trilla: o.o | We'll go.

Ah, wonderful. Well then, we can just wait for your father. He'll be along soon I'm sure. Then we can all go up together, ok?

*Nana, Mastema, and the children were likely to be the first to get there. Thanatos may already be there, but all the better. They were afterall hosting this conference, so they should arrive first and find their places*

Hnn. Well, it has been decided that all of us will attend. We should get going then shouldn't we?

*With only fifteen minutes left, it was a good idea indeed to start heading up. The children would be able to find their places then. They'd never seen a round table before, only the rectangular kind from the library. It may turn out to be more exciting or boring than they might expect, it would. At least now that they were going, they could find out. The chairs might be a bit deep for the children though, would they even be able to see over the table edge? The children seemed to be, more or less.... chipper*
