Go to Blackthorne City and go into a house that has a girl asking for a Female Dragonair. Across the table there's a girl who will check to see if your EV training is complete. She'll give your pokemon the "Effort Ribbon" If she says this "Pokemon sill needs to work a little harder" You still need to finish EV training.

So, if I have battled nothing but Pokemon that give me Attk, and Speed EVs, and she gives me a ribbon, does that mean that all I have left to concern myself with is leveling up?

If your pokemon has an effort ribbon then it has as many EVs as it can get, so yep nothing to do but level up.

I'm a little curious about that myself, I looked at Mightyena as a possible addition to my team but I couldn't come up with a really good move set.

@ Tentae - Nice man, I know confusion ray is one of my most loved/hated moves in the series. XD
My bro is helping me create a trainer card. I've already got a sprite, but the card itself isn't ready. The idea is to take the picture I have on my Sig. now, and use it as the background for my card.
