So, are there intervals at which people are only allowed to hold RPs and such, or is it just the one storyline?

Regular members (those of not Tier 1, and those at and above Aqua Peon rank) can hold Training RPs once per week. They can be anything from fighting a Pokemon to exploring some unknown region of the ocean, there are some pretty crazy ones some people have come up with other the years.
The main RP arc is usually hosted and created by Tier 1, though each RP in the arc may be hosted by different people, not necessarily Tier 1. If that clears anything up at all.
EDIT: Training RPs can be spur of the moment or in a separate arc of their own. It depends on the leader of the TRP.

I believe you can hold a TRP (Basically a mini, non story or world affecting RP) when you rank up. Correct if I'm wrong Thard. and then other higher ups can hold non-story affecting RPs at different days

I'm tempted to make the TCG Class a very blatant Yu-Gi-Oh rip-off. Though I think that would be in bad taste. Though I think it'll end up there somewhere. Maybe less blatant and a bit more subliminal. Yes, brain washing. hmmmm...

@Luna: Some thoughts may not be appropriate to talk about in Aqua, but we do like openness, which yes, leaves us open for people to copy us. Though I will say, as I said in the Galactic guild, that if we do end up competing, usually the older/more experienced guild will win. Though I do hope it does not come to that and I hope you don't think of me as a jerk for making such an assertion.
I was also thinking a bit: Why would Christian and Arekku want to make a new guild about Galactic when they could help improve this one instead of starting fresh? Though maybe it's a simple as wanting more control or complex as them hating everything Aqua stands for (I certainly hope the later not to be true haha).
Anyways, I say these things in good faith and with a kind heart. And I think I'm going to get some rest for the big day tomorrow.

I understand where you're coming from. The way everyone there talks about Aqua is like it's the best place they've been, so I don't think that you have to worry about them hating what Aqua stands for. Haha, hopefully we don't end up competing. IWD and I were talking over the phone when Christian sent him the request to join Galactic so I don't know if the idea was partially his or not. -shrug- I don't know though, he could've lied. Haha! kidding.
