I think I want to start a re-occurring theme for my cloud nin's made ups to give him his own special style. Probably something involving lightning but idk.

I pick a theme, or element, and base my entire character around that. Giving them passives, defenses, offenses, and etc in order to make them a "master" of the element, or theme.

Reaver: Yeah I realized that was a good idea when I might my light nin. All of his made-ups are going to based around his crimson lightning biggrin I just love the visual idea of it so I made an excuse for it to be a legitimate ninjutsu.

I've got a 50k gennin in Hidden Cloud and a 12k gennin in Hidden Light. Both of whom would love some interaction. Probably with your hyuuga.

Alright, he's actually my over all weakest (only like, 1300 I believe?) so the words will be good.
Where do you want to have whoever meet up?

He would interact with anyone >.> it just comes down to whether or not you want to deal with an eccentric rather strong missing nin. Chances of him killing you... actually very low (slim to none as it may be) chances of him jacking with you in an entertaining fashion... quite high >.>
