Sport sees a Marill soaking in a small stream to keep cool, and runs up to it. He throws a Pokeball and Marshtomp appears.

"Use Tackle!" I said. Marshtomp jumps into Marill, sending it flying out of the stream. Marill gets angry at Marshtomp for disturbing it, then uses Rollout. It rolls into a tight ball and darts towards Marshtomp, sand raining down on its back.

Marill rolls into Marshtomp, sending it flying. "Use Earthquake!" I said. Marshtomp shook the ground and stopped Marill from rolling any farther. Marill grabbed onto a rock to keep from flying, but still took major damage.

Marill let go after the rumbling stopped and used Ice Punch. Before it could punch Marshtomp though, its ice-fist melted away to reveal a normal one. Marill stared at its fist in astonishment, then looked up to see Marshtomp running right for it. Marshtomp hit it with a Take Down, taking recoil.

"Pokéball, go!" I said. I threw a Pokéball at Marill, who disappeared momentarily.

Shake, shake, shake, ding!

"Alright!" I said. "I caught a Marill!" I took a swig from my water bottle and picked up the Pokéball and looked around for the others.

*As Hunter trudges through the desert looking for a Pokemon, he sees a shadowy figure through the sandstorm*
Me: Hey!
*Sands bursts up in front of Hunter. When it clears, he can no longer see the figure, but he can see an angry Flygon*
Me: Whoah!
*Hunter steps back and turns around, then sprints in the other direction. He trips over a rock jutting out from the sand and falls face-first. When he turns over and looks up, the Flygon is hovering over him, radiating darkness*
Me: This can't be normal...
*The Flygon begins to charge up for a Hyper Beam. Hunter gets up and dashes behind a large boulder. He can feel the impact of the Hyper Beam taking out the other half of the boulder. When he looks around, the Flygon is advancing.*
Me: I've got no other choice. Blastoise, Hydro Pump!
*Hunter releases his Blastoise, who immediately pumps a powerful jet of water from the protruding from his shell. Flygon takes the hit and is driven into the sand. It quickly recovers, but must recharge from the Hyper Beam*
Me: Ice Beam!
*A beam of pure ice shoots at Flygon, who takes a devastating hit. It retaliates with Earthquake*
Me: Skull Bash
*Blastoise lowers his head and prepares to charge. Flygon flies at Blastoise and clamps down on his arm with Crunch. Blastoise throws it off and charges, drilling Flygon right in the stomach with his head, KOing Flygon*
Me: Nice job
Blastoise: Blast!
*The dark aura surrounding Flygon dissipates, and a black stone emerges from its body and hovers in the air for a moment*
Me: No way...
*The stone burst into tiny pieces and disappears*

Me: I'm not really sure what it is, but it's the same thing that happened to Eon
*Hunter looks through the sandstorm, trying to find the dark figure*
Me: I have a feeling whoever is responsible only just finished his task when we arrived

*Hunter read's Ike's message and replies*
I'm not sure how long we'll be here, but you can come if you want

Me: He probably cleared out when he first saw me
*Hunter thinks back to his capture*
Me: Maybe this is what he was talking about

Sport blinks. "What who was talking about? Don't tell me the heat is getting to your brain."

*Hunter gives up looking for the dark figure*
Me: Oh well. Draking, let's go
*Hunter hops on Draking and flies back to HQ*
Me: Oh, heya Brian

*walks in with slightly hurt styler*
