Querl Dox If you are referring to when Squirrel Girl beat Thanos, it was not an issue of She-Hulk. It was the GLI Christmas special issue.
And Uatu confirms that he is not a clone, simalcrum, or from a different universe. In issue 13 of She-Hulk, Thanos claims he has clones that are so close to the real him that they can fool cosmic beings. Mr Mxy is claiming that this negates the SG/Thanos encounted in that Christmas issue.

Yea well....he claims the issue of She-Hulk retcons that...even tho I'm pretty sure that it's never specifically said that SG fought an anti-cosmic being clone....or whatever it's called.

Ah, well. Nothing can get me down today. The newest issue of Action Comics has come out, and once again, I have pegged Geoff Johns' plot COLD.
Fortunately for him, this type of plotline is one of my absolute favorites.
