Felina blushed picking up Cid and placing him on the chest of drawers next to the wardrobe "Yeah well... never mind. He's getting even smarter than I thought, I wasn't expecting a response so will need to be careful with what he sees in future. Don't want him to end up with an appetite like Seph's from watching her" she laughed nervously as she slipped on her only pair of jeans and a blouse.
Satoshi nodded having heared of the dragon in question "I know of that one, water based dragons used to be worshipped by my lot. It was referred to as Syldra or Hydra in your language I believe. Plus theres a mist dragon summon out there too but I couldn't specify the name. But now we're getting off the point, what I meant was that summoners tend to get on better with beasts in general which would make them easier to befriend and then train"
Kumool shrugged and rubbed his ear "I don't know kupo. I didn't know her very well but Yusti likes her and she seemed nice when I saw her. Maybe if you spoke to Yusti she might be able to get you talking to her. Though if it were me kupo I would go and seek out that other judge, the one whos off work looking after her kid though I forgot the name kupo" he thought trying to be helpful

Oassu chuckled relaxing "Doubt he'll be like that though being a bunny surprised he even cares about clothes but be sure to give him lots of praise for being good" he said.
Gil chuckled "I dunno still Dragons are extremely temperamental think only beastmasters can get some real control over them and even then that's a dangerous job" he said putting some money on the table and finishing his drink before clipping his helmet back on.
Mari frowned struggling to remember the name as well "Wouldn't know where he is besides if it gets out that I know about this you'd get in big trouble" she sighed "We'll see what can be done later on" she shrugged "For now I have the tournament to focus on" she said getting up.
Itaka shivered "Some scary monsters out there lord knows how an electric dragon underwater gets by but c'mon we'll be late if we stick around much longer" he said.
Zadina giggled "He's still very fast in it, trained as a monk for a while so he's mega strong and it would be really cool to visit a mognet branch" he said looking up at the gate while moogles hovered in and out with small moogle guards in armour hovering beside the gate.

Seph snickered pulling Itaka up onto his feet along with her "Have a little patience, its not that far a walk to the boards and just don't fall in the water and you won't be at risk of being electrocuted by the dragon if hes attacking someone somewhere in the ocean" she added stretching her arms out "Don't you ever find it inconvenient doing stuff in so much armour Gil?" she wondered.
Hebal gasped almost staring at the guards for a moment "Aww now look at how cute those moogles look in that armour with their pom poms sticking up out their helmets" she whipered pointing one out when they weren't looking "And in that case let us explore and hunt out a mognet branch and if that fails I'm not a man so I'll happily ask for direction" she sung changing from a walk to a skip.

Felina grinned picking up and cuddling her pet once fully clothed "Oh sure he is a good boy for trying. Can have a treat later on for it too but I think he just likes to be helpful and probably has Seph's attitude towards clothes of them being not important and almost pointless" she guessed sitting down on the bed "That said he doesn't have bad taste in terms of clothing colour" she jokingly added.
Satoshi sighed pushing her gil into the middle of the table "Right then lets go see if you qualified and if so who your up against. I'm also curious to see how Mari has done. But I guess we'll never know for sure what dragons are like socially unless by some strange coincidence someone flies by on ones back" she muttered brushing the crumbs off her trousers "Hmm... I bet its impossible to fasten buttons along with other fiddly tasks while in gauntlets"
Kumool nodded taking a step back as Mari stood up "Sorry kupo, I've probably distracted you too much by telling you but I thought you should know really kupo, must have been suspicious something was up when she didn't appear to you last night" he apologised taking off into the air besides her

Oassu smiled getting out and swiftly drying before wandering over to his towel to dry off "Oh well I'm sure it's fine, time for me to get dressed" he said using a jutsu to dress in his usual attire.
Gil nodded "Yep time to go" he said encouraging Enkidu to get up and go "Still I'm not bothered finicky little things, my life has been one of battle really so no my armour does it's job splendidly" he said leaving the diner.
Mari frowned "I think I'll be fine but I just assumed the judges were busy with all the issues in the place" she said sadly wandering back into the arena "Oh well I need to focus on this anyway" she said looking at the much smaller group of people standing by the big board.
Itaka nodded "Yeah the water of the entire world...like that's hard to avoid" he chuckled "Don't want to develop an Alpha fear of watering." he said thinking for a moment "Does that mean Alpha has hygene issues from like not bathing?" he asked.
Zadina giggled "Remember your self control Miss Hebal" he whispered tipping his hat to the guards as he entered his ears instantly picking up on a multitude of kupo's from the general conversation around them "I've never seen this many moogles before" he whispered in awe.

Seph shuddered not even wanting to think of the smell left by Alpha if he didn't bathe "Well he would smell much worse than he does if he didn't. Asked Omi about that once, said that if they were smell conscious they would just jump in, boil it all off and let the steam do the rest. Otherwise some would bathe in booze and shrug the smell off" she recalled.
Hebal nodded saluting the guard as she passed "I have before but then again I have been outside the moogle castly of weird technology things before which was so confusing" she told him taking the camera out to take a picture of the moogles flying about above them "So lets find ourselves the best breakfast place in the world" she cheered remembering they hadn't eaten as she noticed a waffle stand in the street.

Felina stood up surprised Oassu had got ready so quickly "Hey congrats Oassu, last time I saw you trying that technique thing you got it a bit wrong" she praised him by placing an arm around his waist "You ready to head out now or is there something we have forgot to do" she asked considering emptying the tub.
Satoshi paused, going back to her spot on the table briefly to add a small tip onto the bill "Omi... is that one of Alpha's kids? The later way just sounds repulsive to me" she groaned as she rejoined the group "I suppose you could just remove the armour for that stuff but don't worry Gil, no big scary thunder dragons in my village should you end up in the water" she quietly added

Kumool sighed flying up and over the head of one dwarf who seemed not to notice the fact he was walking straight into the moogle almost "Well there yo go kupo, the results and line ups are all written on that board now. So go knock yourself out finding you on there" he frowned seeing just how many names were up there "Wow kupo, if that many went through this year then the judges must have found it hard to decide the winners kupo"

Mari frowned scanning for her own name "Is that a lot more than usual Kumool?" she said "I'll admit it is more than you'd expect for finals but no matter just means more entrants this year" she said
Oassu frowned looking around the room "Yeah I've been practicing that because it saves a lot of time, I'm just gonna go brush my teeth then we can head out" he said disappearing into the bathroom once more.
Gil nodded "Apparantly those alcohol baths do something for the skin, some people say it keeps you looking young but the smell would wear off after a while" he said
Itaka grinned "I sure wouldn't mind me a big swimming pool full of booze, might not do much swimming in it though" he said heading across the field wondering how their mail moogle was doing "Bet the jumping in a boiling would still hurt a lot for a demon like Alpha and Omi." he said.
Zadina nodded "Yep enjoy a nice moogle breakfast but what weird moogle castle do you mean? The royal palace in Goug?" he asked watching some small moogles argue with a lot of squeaking and kupoing "They are so cute when they get mad" he whispered happily.

Seph laughed shaking her head slightly "Oh there wouldn't be much swimming in that bath for Alpha if he did the booze thing. I dunno if you know or not but alchohol provides fuel for fire which is why its so good for them. But Alpha seems to manage the boiling water treatment ok, probably thinks people wouldn't take him seriously if constantly smelling of booze. I know I would think of him as a random drunk"
Hebal nodded her head twice trying to listen to the argument "Heh yep thats the place, just never remembered the exact name its been that long. And they are quite cute when mad, its quite hard to take them seriously when mad and threatening. One of the people I used to work with got the giggles when one particular moogle she was tormenting mentioned something about sharpening his knife"

Felina raised her eyebrow at Oassu as he moved to the bathroom while slipping her coat on "Oh really, now when did you have time to practice that? I would have noticed you trying that if it was around me because of how obvious it is too tell when its gone wrong" she laughed remembering Oassu's first attempt.
Satoshi rolled her eyes unimpressed at the thought of a bath in alcohol "I think I'll stick to plain water, and I would probably not be taken seriously afterwards if I did have one. Also anyone then be they human or demon would find a bath of boiling water most unpleasent just for different reasons" she pointed out while keeping a lookout for Mari "You know... thinking about it I have never seen Alpha going off for a bath while on the airship or even a shower" she muttered.
Kumool slowly nodded his head roughly counting up the number of people hanging around "We've had 3 times as many this year entering the tournament kupo but its not like we spent more money advertising or anything kupo" the moogle answered still rather puzzled as to why the numbers were so high

Oassu smirked "I'm just a sneaky ninja darling I can do a little practice without you noticing" he said rejoining Felina "Still lets go see what the matches are gonna be like the first one should be in like 10 minutes" he said.
Gil shrugged "Well he can't exactly do that while he has to fly you know," he said "Doesn't have an autopilot as far as I know, sure he manages to keep himself clean somehow" he said "Hygiene is still important to demons after all even fiends occasionally clean" he chuckled.
Mari frowned "Seems odd to me but oh well how long have you worked here as a trainee judge? I take it you are local and in the moogle district?" she asked having trouble spying her matches.
Itaka grunted "Well....would be a bit disgusting drinking alcohol you bathe in is what came to my mind but alcohol can give off good smells when heated up it does in cooking sometimes" he said shrugging.
Zadina frowned "It's not nice to torment moogles plus they can really use those knives" he said looking around "Ok I think I'll hop down for now see the place myself" he said hugging Hebal's head.

Seph rubbed her horns uncertainly "Well I guess you can't dismiss the thing until you try it so remind me sometime to try a beer bath though preferably not drinking it as I know what my feet have been stepping, especially since I wear bear feet" she smirked flying slightly ahead "But of course hygene is an important thing, cn't kill much with dirt clogged up caws and couldn't hunt if everything smelled you coming"
Hebal gasped for air in surprise but soon gently removed Zadina's hands and placed him on the ground "There you go my boy, have a fun wander and you know what else, take some pictures" she grinned forcing the camera into his hands "Oh and I've seen moogles using knives before. they are horrifically accurate right to the last quarter of an inch"

Felina smiled linking arms with Oassu "Sure my dear lead the way but I bet its not as sneaky as your making out. Let me guess, you've been using clones at the hotel practicing while we've been out the past couple of days. Either than or practicing in the bathrooms at every opportunity"
Satoshi yawned "He has to sleep and things at some point meaning the airship has to stop and land which it does but ok, I'm all for hygene for any race" she smiled moving out the way of a small group trying to get by. "You can try that beer bath then Seph and in the mean time I'll try out what the milk bath is like since thats the only I had really hehared of before now as far as strange baths go"
Kumool squeaked pleased with himself to see Mari's name so quickly "Kupo, congrats you made it through kupo, against someone called Arian and you're first up kupo" he told her taking a moment to calm down from the excitement as he pointed out her name. "Anyway umm... sorry for that little outburst kupo. I'm in my final year of 4 for training and I was born in that moogle district yep kupo"

Oassu shook his head "Nah uh not gonna say but your not right" he chuckled "Still lets mosey on out" he said stepping into the bright sunlight "Going to have to hurry now" he said moving swiftly along.
Gil smiled "You could always wear shoes if it mattered and now you have your wings you can just hover everywhere" he said to Seph as he joined the crowd looking at the board for lineups.
Mari nodded spying her name "I see well best go get ready, you'll need to look after my fiends if my friends don't show up to look after her...wasn't expecting to be fighting so quickly but best get heading now" he said.
Itaka nodded moving out of the way of a dejected traveller who didn't get through "Hmm wonder who you'll be fighting today" he said stretching "Got all your strength from your breakfast" he chuckled "And hopefully a nice victory ceremony for you later" he said.
Zadina nodded "Stretching and taking a photo of the gate and some moogles "That sounds kinda scary actually but I like friendly moogles who aren't mad at me" he said noting kupo nut stands around and snickering at it "They really like Kupo nuts to have so many shops just for them around" he said
