Aki bursts out into laughter, squeezing his hand in response.
"Yeaaah, me too. I have no idea where it came from," she says, grinning.
She had gotten her mother's eyes and looks, her grace, and her physique, but her hair and personality were definitely from her father. She could remember how much fun she would have just goofing off with her dad, and how her mother was always struggling to keep up with the both of them. But her appetite was purely her own, and was definitely a trait she hoped she kept to herself.
"I also hope they don't have my singing voice..." she adds.
Her mother had the most beautiful voice, and Aki hated that she didn't inherit it. She was a terrible singer.

He grinned widely before giving her hand a squeeze, "Hmm...I don't think I've ever heard you sing. So, we'll have to find out sometime firsthand." Blank said, "We'd definitely have to stay A-Class SeeDs if they had your appetite was inherited by our kids." He added with a teasing tone.
He took a step up the stoop but turned back to Aki with a warm grin, pulling her gently toward him so that his hand wrapped around her waist, "...I'm sure if we did have kids....They would be amazing." He spoke softly, giving her a soft kiss on the cheek before stepping away with a wink and leading her back into the house.
"We're baaack!" Blank called into the house, his voice echoing softly from the acoustics, "Geez! About time, your boat is going to be leaving soon." Christian said from the living room, the series of papers in his lap lazily tossed onto the coffee table before he started to pull his metal leg back onto his limb and standing tall, walking over to his son and Aki, "Do you wanna quick lift to the port?" He asked, smiling warmly at Aki in a greeting manner.

"Trust me, you don't want to hear me sing," Aki says with a laugh.
When they arrive at the door and Blank pulls her close, she places her hands gently on his shoulders affectionately. She grins and blushes as Blank says their kids would be amazing, and a surge of happiness sweeps through her body. She is unable to think of a response, so she merely winks back, the grin still stuck on her face as they walk into the house.
"That would be great, if you don't mind of course," Aki replies.
It wasn't so much that she wanted a ride, but she thought it would be nice to spend a little extra time with Blank's family before they left.

"Great! I'll pull the truck around." Christian said with a wide grin, scruffing Blank's hair with his large hand, taking his keys from the table beside the door and shutting it behind him.
"I'll go grab our things, 'kay?" Blank said, turning to Aki with an affirmative grin, leaving her and Lilian in the hallway, "So, how long have you and Blank been together?" Lilian asked, curiosity in her voice as she slipped a pair of white sneakers onto her feet, a soft smile on her face.

Aki grins as Christian leaves to get the truck, and then nods at Blank and gives him a little peck on the cheek before he goes for their things.She then leans against the wall slightly, a happy smile on her face.
"Oh god... it feels like forever. We've been friends for so long now, then it kind of turned into... something more, only things kept happening and I guess we were both to shy to do anything about it. But at the Christmas dance... well, we did something about it... I guess," Aki replies with a chuckle, yet another blush creeping into her cheeks.

Lilian raised a brow at the mention of something happening at a Christmas dance, "...What exactly did you do?" She asked, her brow still raised. Despite Lilian being an open and expressive person...She still considered Blank to be her little boy...much to his dismay.

Aki smiles sheepishly as her blush deepens.
"Uh... well... we danced, and flirted, then we went for a walk and ended up in this small little garden below the ballroom. It was snowing and he gave me his jacket... then we kissed," Aki says, her smile turning into a happy grin as she relives the memory in her mind.

Lilian couldn't help but smile...her son was as much of a romantic as his father was, "Awww...I remember when Christian had taken me out on our first date...that seems like ages ago." The older woman said with a happy grin of her own.
"Ow!" A cry erupted from the end of the hallway as the basement door burst open, the large form of Blank stumbled onto the floor, his duffel bag landing infront of him.

Aki smiles, getting the feeling that Blank's mushy, romantic side was inherited from his father.
"I love him very, very much," Aki says, smiling at Lilian happily.
As Blank comes tumbling through the door, Aki stops and stares at him for a moment, then bursts out laughing.
"Do you need some help?" she offers, grinning at her lover warmly.

Lilian couldn't help but smile warmly before turning back at the tumbling son of hers, breaking into a laugh along Aki, "I'll go join your father outside." She said before grinning at Aki and exiting the house.
Blank sat up as he hauled Aki's bag up the rest of the stairs, sighing contently as she offered her help, "Noooo...I got it. I just missed the step is all." He said, taking her bag and his in either hand, "You ready to go?" He asked, walking over to her and returning her grin with a warm smile of his own.

Aki giggles at him and shakes her head slightly.
"If we do have children someday.... I hope they have my grace and agility," she jokes, kissing his cheek.
When he asks if she's ready to leave, she nods and says, "Yup. Your parents are probably waiting for us."

Blank grinned as he nodded, "Hopefully they have my upperbody strength, though." He replied with a chuckle, "Okay. Let's go." He said returning her kiss on the cheek with one of his own. When they step outside, a large and green old pickup truck sat infront of the door step, the engine puttering through the exhaust.
Heaving the bags over the side of the trunk, Blank moved to the back and lifted himself onto the back before offering his hands to help Aki onto the truck.

Aki takes his hand with a grin and jumps up into the truck as well. She sighs slightly, taking a last look at Blank's house, then sits, giving her lover a small wink.

Laying back on the bed of the truck, he looked up at the cloud filled blue sky before letting out a long yawn, "Hyne I can't wait to get home." He said before sitting up again, listening to the rumbling of the engine of the truck.

"Mmmm. Me too. It'll be nice to be home again," Aki replies, scooting close to Blank.
She rests her head on his shoulder and smiles contently.
"Though I will miss being here. I think.... I think I'd like to move back here someday..."
