noir_kama Hmm... some new made ups I think, though the first and last one probably won't get approved.
Black Alchemy- Fist of the 7 Dragons. Shiro's most powerful technique, even more powerful his God's Retribution skill. This skill ties in to the dragon tattoos that twist all the way from his heart up to his shoulder and down his left arm. Just like the tattoos that spread across the rest of his body these markings aren't made with simple dyes and inks, but with a substance much more sinister. Each different tattoo is made from the blood of a different dragon. A century ago beasts like dragons still roamed the land and in those times their powers could be bound to human bodies by killing the beast and tattooing the blood into a person’s skin. In total before Shiro was sealed away he managed to complete the process the maximum 7 times. This skill was always considered a Kinjutsu do to the danger it posed on the human body. Even unleashing a single of the beast’s powers could cause massive damage to the limb they were sealed in. Using the ultimate attack of this style was almost always fatal for both the user and the opponent, causing massive heart attack and organ failure in the user. When releasing a single dragon the user will stand a chance 30% of shattering their arm in several places. If the user releases the full power of the attack they only stand a 50% chance of surviving.
The Dragons Separately.
Dragon of the Withering Flame. This dragon when released on it's own is almost completely white in color and like the rest of the Dragons is mostly see through attesting to their ghost like state. The Dragon of flame being one of the wilder dragons it is only accurate at close ranges, but when it strikes an opponent it doesn't do any outward physical damage, but the havoc it wreaks inside of them is just as bad as any burn. Instead of burning from the outside the opponent who is struck with this attack is burned from the inside by a dry heat causing their internal organs to slowly wither up and die. The afflicted will at first feel no outward effects, but they will quickly be overcome by a fever like state that will worsen continually until they die of dehydration. This attacks effect only worsens when an opponent has a technique like inner fire active.
Dragon of the Lightning Emperor. This dragon when released on its own is almost completely yellow in color and like the rest of the Dragons is mostly see through attesting to their ghost like state. The dragon of lightning is the fastest of the 7 and only travels in a straight line once released. Once this dragon comes in contact with an opponent it doesn't attack, but simply tries to bind the opponent by creating a cage of lightning around the opponent by constantly twisting in a spiral around the opponent. If an opponent tries to escape the barrier by simply moving through it will only result in them being shocked and thrown backwards back into another coil of the dragon and so on until they're dead. The only way to escape the spiraling dragons grip is either to go under, which in case the dragon attempts to follow causing a large explosion or over by rising vertically in which case the dragon simply disappears.
Dragon of the Aquatic Chorus. This dragon when released on its own is almost completely dark blue in color and like the rest of the Dragons is mostly see through attesting to their ghost like state. The Dragon water is considered by most the craftiest of beasts and is the most versatile in movement. Once released this beast is incredibly hard to stop considering it's hydra like abilities. Slice this dragon and it simply replicates into two dragons. This dragon's main objective at first seems to be to overwhelm the opponent with the huge torrent of ghostly water that comprises it, but in reality the beast is simply seeking entrance into the opponent’s body. The dragon can fit into the body through almost any opening be it the mouth, nose or any open wound. Once some of its tainted substance enters an opponent the rest of the dragon disappears. The tiny core dragon circulates through the body and after 2 hours (40 posts) the tiny beast makes it to the afflicted’s heart and devours it. Every ten minutes is marked off by 12 small stars that appear on the opponent’s chest once ingested. This dreadful little beast can only be removed by someone with high level medic training (No npc's) or the user himself.
Dragon of the Earthen Slumber This dragon when released on its own is almost completely Green in color and like the rest of the Dragons is mostly see through attesting to their ghost like state. Easily the longest of the 7 the dragon of earth is rarely ever seen above ground and specializes in subterranean attacks. This dragon's movement is only limited by the space of the earth around it. As it travels under to earth it creates no disturbance, sound, motion or otherwise. All except for some strange reason its shadow is always cast above ground. Being the longest of the 7, this beast can literally stretch for miles under the earth without getting to its full length. When dragon attacks which it rarely will it will usually spring from the earth like a fish from water with one exception in that it usually springs from under the opponent maw wide open ready to engulf the opponent. Strangely enough though this dragon's teeth are not sharp, but soft closing the opponent in an earthy embrace usually from the waist down, not the type of thing that can be body flickered out of. Once entrapped in the spongy earth it becomes rather hard to escape with most attacks bouncing off of it. This dragon's skill is not that it entraps an opponent, but that once trapped the beast begins to suck the chakra straight out of the opponent’s body.
Dragon of the Aerial Legacy. This dragon when released on its own is almost completely Silver in color and like the rest of the Dragons is mostly see through attesting to their ghost like state. While the Earth dragon may be the longest of the 7 the dragon of Air most definitely has the largest Girth. Once released the dragon of air can expand to almost any size given that there’s air to be absorbed which makes it’s method of killing it’s prey that much deadlier. Out of all of the dragon’s though this one is the hardest to see only simply seeming like a gust of wind or a heavy breeze, but once you are in it’s clutches you know it’s their. This beast is known for killing its prey through suffocation, but not in the conventional way this ghostly dragon incapacitates its opponents by pulling all of the air around the opponent away and absorbing it into it’s body. With no air to breath the opponent has only two choice both of them potentially deadly. They can either stay where they are and have all the air pulled out of their lungs until there dead or they can try and pass through the dragon. The dragon of the Aerial legacy doesn’t have much substance to it, but trying to move through it’s form is similar to slogging through a marsh or heavy snow and trying to breath while in the dragon’s form is just as dangerous for a single breath contains enough tainted air to kill an elephant in 30 seconds flat.
Dragon of the Phantom Snowstorm. This dragon when released on its own is almost completely Purple in color and like the rest of the Dragons is mostly see through attesting to their ghost like state. This dragon is relatively calm mostly just wishing to be left alone. It is neither very large or small or long or short, he is the most ordinary of the dragons, but still a dangerous foe. This beast always seems to carry a heavy snow storm with it wherever it is you’ll find heavy snow conditions. This blizzard of snow causes such visibility and movement problems that not even the sun can be seen through the thick fall. The snow fall is so thick that it could be considered white out conditions by most.
Dragon of the Eternal Star. This dragon when released on its own is almost completely clear in color and unlike the rest of the Dragons is almost completely see through attesting to their ghost like state. This dragon is most commonly reffered to as the phantom dragon due to it’s short life span, a single day. In it’s one day on earth this beast is born, reproduces, and collects sunlight. Then when sundown comes the dragon releases all of the light it absorbed creating a huge blinding flash. When released from Shiro’s hold the effect of the beast demise is replicate creating a flash more powerful then any light bomb. No matter where the opponent is standing in a one mile radius of the blast, whether their eyes or closed or not are rendered blind for at least 10 minutes including the user. (7 posts each)
Divine 7 (Together) When all 7 are released anything in the immediate vicinity of the blast is completely torn apart making it one of the most dangerous close range attacks in the land which is part of the reason it’s regarded as a Kinjutsu. If not loosed at a close range the 7 beasts gain a semi sold form and began rampaging across the battlefield destroying anything in their path each by their own element. If an opponent tries to destroy a dragon, unless they strike the head any type of body blow will just sink into the semi solid flesh. If Shiro keeps the jutsu up for too long the strain on his heart increases until he collapses. If the 7 are destroyed separately Shiro’s heart will go into cardiac arrest. If the 7 are destroyed simultaneously then the dragons will rise again for one last combined assault becoming one immense dragon and attacking the opponent and then the dragon will try to reenter Shiro’s body which it won’t be able to handle and will explode in a huge elemental explosion.
Blah blah I know it's probably too strong, to varied and probably needs be split into 8 different attacks, but I thought I'd try and submit it. So tell me what you think? Advice, criticism more penalties for using it?
Blah I hate having my post be the last one on a page cause everyone always misses it so here it is again along with my two more likely to pass techs. Look Ma! No Hands!Officially this technique has no real name, but this latent skill mastered by Shiro in his pursuit to become the greatest hunter of all time has been proven to be so deadly that many fear this unique fighting style even though it has no proper name. After years and years of training Shiro gained the ability to preform alchemy with any part of his body so long as it was in contact with the element that was being transmuted. This is part of what has kept him from being killed for so long, no matter what position he is put in he can preform alchemy. Bend Back the Pages of TimeAfter so many years of using alchemy his body structure has become ever so slightly altered sort of like those of the Dante clan, but no where near as serious or powerful. Now whenever hot Shiro's body seems to expel a special type of sweat that manifests itself as a thick white cloud of smoke. Unfortunately for any opponent who comes in contact with this sweet smelling smoke they will begin to fall under the hallucinogenic effects of the sweat that Shiro's body expels. When absorbed into the body an opponent begins to believe that Shiro is no longer Shiro, but a previous opponent if the opponent tries to shake off the image it will only be replaced with another previous opponent. Soon whether the opponent tries to dispel the images around them or not they will begin to think they are being assaulted by all of their previous enemies and opponents clearly disorienting them as to their real attacker. This drug can be countered, but only with an antidote created from a sample of the sweat itself by a Medic Nin.

Puppet Assimilation
Tai has the ability to temporarily fuse with one of his hitokugutsus. If the puppet that Tai fuses with is destroyed, Tai dies along with it. After he defuses with his puppet, Tai cannot use this technique for 10 posts. Using this technique, Tai has solved his torn decision as to whether he should become a puppet or remain human.

Yoshimitsu Nara Leaf Village
Shadow Infiltration This technique lets the user be able to go through objects by controling his shadow over the area where he will go through. In order for the user to go all the way through the object, there will need to be a shadow on the other side of the object that is as big or bigger than what is coming out. This technique is usually used to plant proximity mines. Can be used on humans or for humans. Lasts until the user stops the technique. One time chakra use.

1.Divine finger skill: nine negations thrust
Nazuki gathers an object between her thumb and middle finger flicks it out with the speed of a bullet fired from a gun. Even a seemingly insignificant object can be accelerated to a speed where it can cause great damage. If there is a wire intact or any other flexible stringy object, Nazuki can use this skill to play a pitch that, when imbued with her chakra, can drive her opponent to insanity(just gives them a headache xp ).
2.Divine finger skill: yinyang spire
Nazuki gathers a large amount of chakra(as much as rasengan) into the tip of her index finger, and then releases the chakra in a straight line. The chakra stream(very thin and invisible) will travel through anything that is within 20 metres. With this technique she can also force all the poison out of someone's tissues into his/her bloodstream, making them expell the poisonous blood out of their body. Healing them at the cost of her chakra.

2) Sunset Grenade
Exo places a grenade on the battlefield. If the explosion hits the opponent, it drains some of the opponent's chakra. If the explosion doesn't hit the opponent, the battlefield is covered in complete darkness.

Since I've made my own clan now, I'd like to use this thread to work on the village instructor's bio in here, and add more techniques to bulk out his repertoire, if that's all right.
The bio comes first, because I didn't know I was creating an instructor in the first place~
Yoshiaki Ichazuki
Yoshiaki Ichazuki is a thin, middle-aged man with short, jet-black hair patched with grey in a few places. He is shorter than most, and doesn't appear to be one suited as an instructor, but in truth he is the most adept Ichazuki since the family's head, the late Kazuhiro Ichazuki. He has strange patches of dark red feathers that hang down from the sides of his shoulders, and if closely examined, some of the hair in the back of his head is actually dark grey feathers.
He and what remains of his clan came to live in the village when his grandfather, Ishihara, abandoned his post and ran for the hills in the old wars. In his safehouse in the mountains, he met several other cowards like himself, and although mere days ago they would have attacked each other without question, now they needed each other. They were now officially Missing-nin, and could never return home for fear of being killed on sight, so they banded together for protection.
After the war, they sought amnesty from the villages, but were denied each time. Although no village would seek to destroy them for fear of tarnishing their reputation, neither would they allow Missing-nin inside their walls. So, the group of rogues travelled from place to place, combining the skills of all the villages to foil every Hunter-nin sent against them. Their reputation grew, and eventually, so did their numbers. More missing-nin who would rather hide than die started to travel with this group, until one day, by chance, they came to the Village of the Moon.
By this time the Moon knew all about them, and so when a patrolling cell saw the assortment of Missing-Nin, they quickly "found" their way into the village. The wanderers gratefully accepted the hospitality of the Moon, but there was a cost. Each and every one of them was respectfully asked to accept active ninja duty once more. Humbled, almost all of them agreed.
Because they officially did not exist, they were trained to do the missions that were not supposed to happen. Sabotage, assassination, theft, and kidnapping were just a few of their duties. For this reason, an entire new type of ninja began to emerge: The cloaked shadow. They were the ninja among ninja, those with no reputation to be tarnished. They did not exist and could not be prosecuted. They were, and still are, invisible: A ghost's shadow.
[Also, and this just occured to me, would it be acceptable for my RPC to be half-Mayonaka, an original clan of the Moon? After all, these ninja didn't bring their families. All of them would only be half-bloods.]

Cloak: Art of Affliction 1200 skill points The subject must be touched or struck by a weapon. The subject is suddenly stricken by a deadly disease of the technique user's choice. Not even the strongest ninja can resist this disease; it must be cured by a medical ninja. This can be used to debilitate a foe in battle or to cause an assassination to look natrual.
Cloak: Art of Decay 300 skill points A touched object rots away. Can rust weapons, decompose corpses, destroy secret documents, and vandalize nearly anything.
Cloak: God of Decay 900 skill points Same as the Art of Decay but can be used at range and is so powerful that it can actually cause buildings to erode away to the point of crumbling.
Cloak: Art of Muting 200 skill points The subject of this jutsu is completely unable to speak or make any sound with his or her voice.
Cloak: Art of Silence 800 skill points When this jutsu is used, the area around a ninja becomes completely silent, with no noise escaping it at all. This is not an illusion and thus cannot be broken with any amount of willpower. A specialized jutsu must be performed, or the user must lose focus.
Cloak: Art of Concealment 600 skill points The user can absorb a weapon into his or her body, and recall it at well. The weapon is completely invisible, except for a small tattoo shaped like the weapon on the part of the body where the weapon was absorbed.
Cloak: Art of Cutting 500 skill points The user can use a weapon to send the force of a strike through the air, essentially creating a razor-sharp projectile of air to strike with the same force as the weapon.
Invocation: Art of Storytelling [Clan] 500 skill points The user of this jutsu is suddenly granted a boost in his or her abilities drawn from the significance of one of his or her's own memories. For instance, an extremely significant memory would give a boost of chakra, and a memory about an acrobat would grant the knowledge of all the acrobat's skills.
Invocation: Art of Worlds [Clan] 800 skill points The user of this jutsu completely disappears to everyone, excluding those able to pierce illusions. Whenever this user moves, attacks, or does anything else, the movement or sound is represented by an illusionary event in the surroundings. For instance, if the user rushes towards an opponent to cut him or her with a weapon, then onlookers might see a wolf or a bird make the attack.
Invocation: Art of Replication [Clan] 1600 This jutsu targets every person in a wide area. Each one of them immediately believes that they are one of the people in the group, of the technique user's choice. They see what he sees, feel what he feels, and if he is unconscious then they see, hear, feel, and smell nothing at all. Unless the jutsu is released or the "eyes" of the vision is killed, this can result in permanent insanity.
Invocation: Art of Recognition [Clan] 700 The subject of this jutsu immediately starts to confuse two people who are present. One person is recognized as the other, and vice versa. This is not just a simple illusion-- the subject's mind is actually altered to believe that the targets have switched. This makes this illusion extremely difficult to break even for those who would generally see through them.
Invocation: Art of Alternate Recognition [Clan] 700 The subject of this jutsu no longer recognizes one person as who they truly are, but rather, as a person of the jutsu user's choosing. The person must be either known by the jutsu user or a person drawn from the subject's memories. In the latter case, this illusion is extremely hard to break, even for those who would generally see through them.
