"Oh joy." Abel muttereed." 'Guess I better eat just in case I get asked to pull that stunt again." he struggled up and threw on the short cloak over hsi robes and staggered out to the kitchens.'I cant sleep at night...never could." he shook some and yanked the dagger from the wall as he left ."again i apologize."

"Night Don." He said absently and smiled closing the door behind him. "Sleep well." he whispered and the walk to the kitchens began

Gast was in the kitchen, making a cup herbal tea for himself. He added a pinch of spice before drinking it.

Abel smiled on seeing his friend. 'Dr. Gast.." he said gently and smiled. "I owe you my life ..again." he chuckled gently at the joke. Abel then made hsi favorite milk tea with 13 sugars.

"it was easy after the injections..." Abel said gently sipping the evil concotion. "My vice." he admitted the tea looking like a mass of sugar instead of tea.

"Oh thats good..." he smiled and his eyes closed."I still feel kinda wiped but yet I cant sleep...oh well...that and I have to show Sarah some time...She missed out on it and I knw she would have wanted to see it."

He laughed. "I don't want to spoil the surprise."
"Morning Sarah," Elena said as the young agent came into the building. "How are you?"
"Crappy," she replied. "I forgot to bring flowers for my grandmother's grave again."
"Are you going to do that?"
She nodded. "Yeah, I'm going to do it this afternoon."

Abel then resumed drinking the thick conconction and Mused some about how to reveal the truth. he stirred the tea absently for once not spilling it.
