Mierielle08 Hrm... But Fai would die anyways, right? Okay, maybe I'm wrong, but wouldn't he die when he got back to his country...? Kurogane and him would seperate anyways... I'm not sure I understand what you mean -- but the only way Fai will die at this point, assuming Ashura hasn't already choked him to death, is if he kills himself, which I HIGHLY doubt Kurogane would let him do. Kuro says at one point, "If you want to die so badly, I'll kill you, but right now you have to live." Do you mean Fai will die when Kurogane returns to his country? Kurogane is Fai's E, his food, so yes, if they seperate for too long, Fai will die. But Kurogane knows this; despite him always saying returning to his country is his "number one priority", he has to be lying. He's showed us numerous times that Fai living is very important to him, and as much as he denies it, saving Syaoran and Sakura in the last chapter proves that he cares about them a lot. Yuuko even says to him when he turns Fai into a vampire that his priorities have to change, and Kuro accepts it. So if they do go to Kuro's Japan after Celes, I doubt Kurogane would stay. He needs to help Sakura and Syaoran find the rest of the feathers, and he needs to be Fai's E. Does that answer your question? =0

Chapter 164!!!
OK, needless to say, Fai is now gone all mad with Ashura. Now they're fighting. Fai gets Sakura back and asks Syaoran to look after her, but he says he can't. Fai returns to the battle and says he'll fulfill both Ashura's and his wishes. Fai starts losing the battle, but Syaoran interferes and Ashura traps him. Ashura says Fai can't die because he has to revive his brother. Ashura is about to attack Syaoran but Kurogane neutralizes the attack with his sword.
O.o And then the magic that Tomoyo bestowed on him appears in his forehead. Ashura says it's a protective seal o.o Kurogane stabs him O_o And that's it gonk crying

WHY~~~?! DDDDDDDDDD: Why are we crying? I read the spoilers too -- are we crying over Ashura's death? Or the description of Kurogane? Because even though they describe Kurogane as "He appears to be dying" in the spoilers I saw, he's still moving about and talking despite that, so I'm thinking maybe he just looks ready to pass out? I really don't think CLAMP will kill him off. At least, not now.

Kuro draws his sword out of Ashura-oh and Fai hits him. Of course, he doesn't like the fact that Ashura is dying. Ashura only wanted to break the curses from Fai, and he tells him if he is still with "them", he can overcome the last curse. Sakura appears to react to the feather that the original Fai is holding and recovers it. Fai's memory shows him that his brother (original Fai) insisted on getting Yuui out of their imprisonment instead of himself. Fai apologizes to his body. FWR says the second curse is about to begin O_o

Yeah, nevermind. Apparently fandom's gone all stealthy and ninja and is keeping their raws f-locked. And promptly posting scanlations on the MSN group. xd Haaah.
Ashura-ou's death was nice. I'm totally excited for where we're heading from here. :3
