I'm Wiccan and I'm also a practicing witch. And yes, there's a difference. You can be Wiccan, but not have any magical capabilities at all. Thus, rendering you not a witch. And you can only really be a witch if you have the blood in you and you were one in a past life and reincarnated.

What I know about ghosts? I've seen and heard them nearly my whole life. And you can't really learn much about them through others. And Alice, ghosts aren't always "lost". Some could have turned into negative spirits with no other intention than hurting someone. That usually happens when a ghost hasn't found the "light" or realized they are dead. Pretty much they're made from loniness, anger, and sadness. They need to be purified and told to go.

Some believe "the light" is peace. So even if they're negative, you have to keep telling them to go towards it. If they're lost, you have to tell them to go towards it. They're place isn't here with us in this plain and people don't realize that you have to direct them. Some just leave them alone and you really can't do that because eventually they'll become frusterated and angry. Though, dealing with a angry spirit is very dangerous. You have to take precautions, but if they start hurting you, you have to stand up to them. You have to remain strong. And you have to tell them to leave. If you don't, they won't.

And whatever you do, don't make them come to you. Have them come to you on their own. This is why I disagree with seances (sp?). Seances make them come to you and this can frighten them and even make them angry. My intentions tonight isn't to make it come to me. It's to have it come to me if it wants to. If it doesn't come tonight, I simply tell it that I'll be back if it ever decides that it wants to talk.

Pretty much. Right now I'm repairing a broken candle so my one cousin can use it for protection. She's a fire sign, so I want her to have something of her element on her. The youngest cousin is a water sign, so I'm tieing a seashell around her wrist. Now I have to find something for the air element so her one friend can have it. That's gonna be a toughie... I don't think I have a small sword in my house to give her... Or anything that would be a good substitute for air. x_X

I actually grabbed one after I posted that. Only thing is that I hope it's a crow feather instead of a turkey one. Turkies don't fly. x_X
