In risk of not getting confused I'm just deciding between atma or summoner. I might go for Atma. My brain keeps directing me at 'she'd fit there better'

You know I might as well start her as a normal citizen and later maybe become something. But that just runs the risk I end up with another persona user, or she stays normal.

Generally speaking, a character will never become a Persona-user unless you really want them to. XD Personas are given basically as rewards for participation; that's part of why few characters (especially heroes) start with them. Obviously, then, you can mention to Arena that you don't want them to have a Persona. ^^b

Well maybe she could just spend time as a normal citizen/just an app summoner until later. I think right now I have...three persona users and one actual shadow user among my group of OCs-and-one-canon. I sacrificed my other persona user, Tai's, life for the sake of Endgame's story so XD Hm.
@Red: Yeah I did become aware of that. I think Tai/Cierra are the only ones that ever started with persona, and that was with permission and for specific reasons. This girl I feel I wanna start from some actual beginning and maybe become one later anyway?
