AgentShiny Solaria-Nejiko-chan I try to gain muscle...but my body puts it into fat instead, and it goes to my tummy and boobs...
And then my schedule doesn't really allow for it...
for me to do proper workouts...I'd need a trainer...I can never keep on it.

AgentShiny Utziel AgentShiny Utziel Ooh, I want to do this too. I actually need to do this, except to be healthy, in shape, and gain muscle weight instead of fat weight.
Temporarily Blinded I was going to do my own. u_u Heck yeah. I'm s**t at doing stuff by myself. Yeah, my ultimate goal is to be healthy and 'lean'. Not have le pudge or anything. I can lift at least 35 lbs fairly consistently, it may have gone up since I lift heavy s**t all day at work. I mostly want to work out my legs for some good muscle growth, though. I plan to take Taekwondo, not for sport or anything, but as exercise and to learn to defend myself proper.
