I'll be there but I won't kill the child if that is what you are indirectly suggesting.* Ali replied back to Raven in a slight harsh tone, he never harmed children. Not even if they were nothing but evil or even worse, he would however handle them as children and newly born were never powerful. It took time to discover ones power and a infant didn't have the capability to discover, control or even understand it's powers.*

"But Ali! If it doesn't get killed, the child would either try and kill us all, or better yet have it's father take it and we'll have two uglies to deal with.. Enough as it is I've been having problems of my own.. If you wont kill it.. Then I'll have to talk to Ryan.. So we can come up with at least a better plan so it works out for all of us..." Raven sighed, resting her head on his shoulders. She was getting tired with the run around. She remembered the look on his face when he told her to go.. It hurt, she wasn't sure if she should even try to keep contact with him.

I have morals, no matter what I do not kill children...ever. Nor will I allow you two to harm a child either. If the time comes when it's old that it posses a real threat then I'll deal with it, until then no harm is to fall upon your child unless you want me to harm you two. I despise those that harm children as much as I hate dragons.* Ali grabbed onto Ravens neck and forced her to lean her head back and look at him, making sure she knew he was serious. Afterwards he simply released her and stroked the back on her head with the same hand as he had held her, an act of comfort. After all, Ali wasn't a coldblooded monster and it was time most opened their eyes to realize that.*

Her bright eyes look into his as she sighed. "But you the only one that I know besides Ryan to get rid of the Ugly.. I would ask of a light figure, like David.. But I'm not that much bonded with him.." She purred softly to his act of comfort. Setting her head back onto his shoulder. "I know Ryan will be there, but he'll be to busy watching out for the Ugly just to make sure he doesn't come to take the child from Ryan and I.."

* Ali remained silent as she spoke, thinking things over. Ali stood by his morals but.....no if he crossed that border then he wouldn't know himself and he would be a monster. He would have to observe and act on pure instinct when the time came.*Don't worry, I won't harm the child but nor will I allow it to run freely. If it misbehaves, I'll keep it in check with his left hand holding him or her.*

"So you will keep it here, in the castle? If it doesn't kill us?" Raven was hoping for an outcome to come upon her, so she wouldn't have to go back to Ryan and cause more trouble.

No, A child can easily be thought to act and behave right. It's the parents that mold the child and future person in which it will become.* Ali simply smirked, only reason he accepted Ask into his castle was that Alley would kill him if he didn't and Vupi was dead at the time. Raven on the other hand, she would have to raise him or her along with Ryan.

"What if the Ugly took it from us? Then, I wouldn't even know what to do if that happens. I'd probably have to hide most of the time.." Sighing she hid herself closer to his neck. She felt safe enough as it was, no danger could be sensed at all. If something would happen she would be protected. Raven liked the idea of being safe.

Nah, I'd locate and dispose of the Ugly if it tries to harm you. I am very perceptive to power flows and certain emotions such as anger and hate, and I tend to investigate their source.* Ali simply snickered, also he would be there at the birth and he'd easily pummel Ugly again. Last time he didn't even have to break into a sweat or even go beyond a single percent of his total energy capacity.*

*As the arm started to sizzle sweetly, Bebadora pulled the arm away from the fire. The smell of cooked meat filled the air. Bebadora smiled for herself. This would not need any seasoning. She took a big, juicy bite. Savoring the taste. Oops. She had forgotten. She quickly walked over to Old Man and the other Lady, and lifted the arm (still on the poker) towards them.* You two want some?

Nah, I'm not hungry right now.* Ali simply smiled a Beb after her offer, at least she had manners unlike some people in the guild.*

Suit yourself. *Bebadora sat down and took another bite of the arm. All the while scowling at Old Man.* What did you say about Funny-Ears? Do you know where he is? *Another bite was torn off*

No, he's most likely out looking for his son Ask who seems to have run away from his home here some days ago. I don't know when he'll be back but I doubt it will be too long.* It seemed like Beb didn't like him much, seemed like she was just putting up with him for the food and the information about Vupi actually. Usually Ali would get agitated when someone scowled at him but since she was little he didn't, instead he simply watched her as she ate with a small smile.*

*Bebadora pondered this for a while. If he had a son, that meant Funny-Ears was of flesh again. That was good. It also meant he had grown to somewhat his former state. Which was also good. And he would come back here. That meant that, even if Bebadora still did not know where he was, she new where he was going to be. This was a great improvement. She finished the arm in silence. Perhaps the Old Man would let her stay here in the meanwhile? Bebadora found the nearest cloth-looking fabric and wiped off the juices from the arm that had dripped on her dress.* Old Man. Do you think Bebadora should stay, or should she go looking somewhere for Funny-Ears again?

That is up too you. You can stay or you can go look for him.* Ali had a lot of guest rooms to spare and Beb could sure have one until Vupi returned.*
