I do that here too.... " he added as he scratched the back of his head with a dopey smile on his face. "You'll have to taste some of my surgery creamy buns sometime!" He smiled brightly.

"I'll make an effort to do that then," Chloe said. "I'm sure meeting the family of a colleague will be a great deal of fun. If I were to draw conclusions about your family based on you, I would say they are surely extremely kind people." She gave Jack an amused look. Taste his buns, eh? "I would love to try your buns," she told him with a very serious nod. She tried to bite back the smile, but was unsuccessful.

※Jack Rowe※ The thing about Jack was, well, that he didn't understand jokes, so he didn't even notice how pervy he had sounded. He merely smiled happily, "My family is amazing, and thank you for the compliment. Guess I will be seeing you around then," he replied, then turned on his heal and headed for the door. He stopped before exiting and looked back at her over his shoulder, "Have a nice day Chloe!" he said before leaving. (Exit )

Sethrian.Terkynna  Sethrian tried to decide if he should force himself to lose consciousness to escape the humiliation, or just kindly ask Professor Volce to put him down. He decided the latter was slightly more dignified. Slightly. "Professor Volce," he said, managing to free "Gregory" and drop him on the floor along the way. "I appreciate the sentiment but my legs are perfectly functional. Please just...put me down." After this was over, he was going to find Louis and strangle him.

Chloe had finished putting away the suturing supplies and was cleaning up here and there in the infirmary, setting out some candles and other things when two young men walked into the room. Well, one really. The other one was being carried. It was rather...amusing, actually. She tilted her head to the side, smiling slightly. "Professor Volce, Sethrian, how can I be of help?" she asked. "Oh, I don't believe I've met either of you but I'm the new doctor here, Chloe Bruadair."
"Professor, please carry him to one of the beds and permit me to have a look at your arm. If I'm not mistaken, you're in worse condition than he is."
Gregory skittered into the infirmary and ran straight for Chloe's legs, hiding behind her for a moment before going to hide under one of the beds.
((Chloe tends to know small details like names and such, about people. But if you're not okay with it, I can edit ^^ ))

 Silveril Volce ________________________Oh yes... that's right. Silveril sometimes forgot that men had some kind of pride that women did not have when it came to being taken to the infirmary. Silveril gently set Sethrian on a bed as Ms. Bruadair instructed. "I apologize Sethrian. I was a bit panicked." Silveril said.
The student probably wouldn't believe him since Silveril panicking was doing something on an impulse with a poker face. Silveril turned to see the new doctor. He was slightly startled to find that she knew his name, but he decided not to question it. At least it saved time for idle chatter.
"Ah... yes." Silveril said as he glanced at his arm that was kind of half dead due to the cat's ferocious bite. He went ahead and sat on a stool.
"Excuse me for intruding so abruptly." Silveril added.
((Nah. It's okay. I wish we could always skip introductions anyways. XD )) ________________________

"Oh, not at all," Chloe said, "after all, the infirmary is more or less here specifically for people to abruptly intrude upon it when need be. Sethrian, if you look in the cabinet just there, you'll find some antiseptic and cotton balls. Your scratches are not that bad, so why don't you clean up the ones on the front. When I'm finished here, I can have a look at the ones on the back."
She went to Silveril, and lifted his arm, frowning down at it. It really did look to be in very bad shape, and she had very little experience treating wounded vampires. "I fear I've not much experience with this sort of wound, however I'm sure I have the supplies necessary to treat it so long as you tell me the proper procedure. I've traveled a great deal but I have only had a few dealings with vampires. Nevertheless, I try to be prepared for every situation so with your guidance, I'm sure we'll get this fixed right up."
"Please tell me if you're in pain and I will give you something for it." ((Having talkative dead people definitely makes introductions easier. emotion_awesome ))

Silveril Volce ________________________Silveril let her take a look at his arm. "Well, the dead skin needs to be peeled off since that's what attracts the maggots and I'll need to keep my arm cool until my skin regenerates." Silveril answered. "I think I have some maggot repellent that's been collecting dust in my room.'
Of course by peeling off his skin, it'll hurt for some time until he recovers. "Of course my arm is hurting at the moment, but the pain should die down after it heals." Which would be a few weeks from now.
((I wanted to look up how to keep corpses from rotting, but got grossed out. =w=" This is the best I can do. XD Feel free to add anything that might be helpful. >8D )) ________________________

"Very well," Chloe said. That sounded like a rather delicate procedure. Not to mention disgusting. But she wasn't really one to faint from something like that. She left Silveril for a moment, to retrieve some supplies. "I am not sure what 'maggot repellent' is, but I have some things that will also keep the wound free of parasites, and I'm rather more sure of their quality and effectiveness." She returned with a stool for herself, as well as rolling table on which Silveril could rest his arm. She also had an assortment of bottles, bandages, medical tools and other such things.
The first thing she did was select one of the bottles and pour the contents into a disposable cup. "First, drink this. It is a potion that will significantly dull the pain. I will also apply an analgesic to the area around the dead skin, that will dull the pain." She pulled on a pair of latex gloves. "Have you a specific method you use for keeping your skin cool? If not, I can come up with something."

Silveril Volce ________________________"We had some never melting ice back where I used to live, but I was careless and didn't bring some. I didn't think I'd get bitten by a cat and it takes a lot to damage vampire skin so I deemed it hardly necessary considering where I was going." Silveril answered. He wasn't warned that the school would have such random creatures.
He drank what Chloe asked him to drink. Since his taste buds only functioned for blood, he couldn't tell how the drink tasted. He just knew it worked since the pain started to slowly become a numb feeling.
"I don't think we have never melting ice here. I'm afraid I'll have to trouble you to find a way." Silveril said to her. ________________________

"Hmm," Chloe said. "Well, reading Javor's files, I know we have at least one student possibly capable of producing something similar to your 'never melting ice.' I shall endeavor to find him but for the time being, I'll make a poultice for you. There are many herbs that activate the cold receptors in our skin. I can use my powers to amplify that sensation. It will only be a temporary solution but it will permit me to find something more permanent for you."
After finishing with his arm, Chloe carefully cleaned it and applied a solution that would inhibit the growth of any parasites. "Just a moment..."
She retrieved a small pair of pruning scissors and went to several of her plants and little indoor herb gardens to snip leaves from them. Grabbing a mortar and pestle from one shelf, she returned. "Yes, that is what I had in mind, thank you," she said in an slightly exasperated tone. Honestly. Why she had to take medical advice from dead people was quite beyond her. She carefully ground the herbs together before adding liquid from one of her bottles. She waved her hand slowly over the mixture--the flourish was really unnecessary, but it helped her focus. The mixture luminesced bright blue for a few seconds before turning to normal.
She applied this as a poultice over the area where she had to remove the dead skin. It would at least last for a day or so, working to keep the area cooler than usual, but it would be no where near as effective as ice. She would most definitely have to find a longer term solution as quickly as possibly. Wrapping his arm gently, Chloe stood again and went to retrieve a sling. "You should wear this and try to limit movement." She looked up at him as she fitted his arm inside and fastened it around his neck. "How is the arm feeling? If it begins hurting again, you should return, and I'll give you something for it."
((So not detailing her cutting dead skin off Silveril's arm. D= LoL))

Silveril Volce ________________________Silveril pretty much sat through the entire thing as he watched her work. The coolness felt nice on his arm. Silveril wished he could have a vacation leave so he could go somewhere cold. He couldn't understand why people enjoyed the beach. A blizzard is the best place to be in. But of course, that was Silveril's opinion as a vampire.
"It feels much better. Thank you very much, Ms. Bruadair." Silveril said to her. "Perhaps I may make use of the fact that it's winter and spend some extra time outside."
