It will not hurt Klaus bacause it is in tune with his body's own chakra signature, and it can be used as multiple different things, such as arrows and swords. Does not require handsigns, and the rod can be anywhere from the size of a needle to a three foot long sword.

Description: Shooting chakra from an appendage, Hatsu can grapple herself to a surface from a distance. Type: Ninjutsu (Class bloodline custom 2/3)
Element: Maruton
Description: To use this technique Red will cut her palm to collect blood in her cupped hand. Taking this collected blood she inscribes the characters for a unique seal on the blade of her scythe. This ritual invented by herself that creates a area effect that is effected by the blood right sacrifice. The seal permeates an invisible aura that causes any suiton chakra nature to turn into blood afflicted and mixed with Red's own chakra nature and her rather unique strains of DNA within 50 feet of herself. Though her does not have to be the source of the suiton technique, the ritual dilutes her signature into the very air and causes any suiton jutsu or any given water source) to become just like her saiketsu blood including her hazardous strain of crimson cherry blossom disease. The effect of this jutsu go's mostly unnoticed until suiton techniques are used but a ominous foreboding can be felt in the air towards the demonic nature of this blood right. The ritual lasts for several minutes, translating into 12 turns of play.

Effects:

  • Effects are applied to any suiton jutsu used by Red.
  • Opposing suiton jutsu are reduced slightly in effectiveness once it reaches the aura forcing opponents to either overpower their techniques or move closer. Control of their jutsu is also lessened.
  • Opposing suiton jutsu cannot be changed to blood until the water has moved 5 feet from the users body.
  • Cannot effect water, plasma, or liquids already in peoples bodies.

To create this would require at least a single handsign, as the chakra itself has to be shaped. Add that addendum, and it is approved.

Same addendum as the other. This technique is pretty much like the human cocoon technique but you're using a thick thread to latch and give it range. Still would require at least one sign, probably from the hand that is casting it.

Description: Focusing one's own chakra to store energy from attacks, Hatsu will gain [1] Soul Charge every time she activates a Complex or Spiritual Taijutsu or Bukijutsu technique. She may expend [6] Soul Charges to increase a Taijutsu or Bukijutsu Complex or Spiritual technique's rank by [1]. She may store up to [6] Soul Charges, increasing by [1] per Body Rank increase past D Rank, up to a maximum of [10] potential Soul Charges stored at once at S Rank. The technique that Body and Soul supplements does not give a Soul Charge. Body and Soul does not take an activation to use, as it just pulls stored energy to increase technique power. Soul Charges are lost upon the end of battle, or falling unconscious or otherwise incapacitated.

Description:
After pooling the shadows around him into a large enough area, Yasu can employ a method similar to the shadow sewing technique to create a very real barrier between himself and whatever it is he is blocking. Due to his innate ability with his bloodlines abilities, this barrier is entirely unaffected by light in any way. This barriers capacity is measured in the amount of charka that is put into it. Meaning if he applies a D rank amount of chakra then,(due to his classes) it would require a ninjutsu, taijutsu, or bukijutsu technique of C rank or higher to break though the barrier. As this barrier uses the same seal as the shadow possession it can easily be turned into such allowing for the two to be used in conjunction. Though the price for the shadow possession must be paid as well.

Each jutsu regardless of its base rank can be retrained up to six times.

Doing so requires him using the same seals as normal but switching the final seal into that of the new element. Those of keen eyes can recognize this and adjust accordingly after having seen it in use before. This process also consumes twenty chakra per use due to having to force it into a different element. Once learned this jutsu becomes a supplemental and does not consume an activation.

Description: Soshi is able to use his chakra in a way that allows him to manipulate jutsu he uses as he is using it. This manipulation can be a drastic change such as making lightning chakra look as though it is fire chakra, or something minor like changing the color of the jutsu that is being used. This does not change the exact properties of the jutsu in question it simply changes the shape or color of the jutsu. This can also be used to create symbols within the jutsu.
-Must be trained per rank of jutsu Soshi intends to be able to manipulate separately, and in a progressive manner. (ex. If he wants to manipulate B-Rank Ninjutsu with this technique he has to train it at E, D, C, then B Rank.)

Description: The Hojo Clan member has become skilled enough with their ink to manipulate it freely after its release, the ink after all being an extension of their own chakra. The Hojo clan member can use their various inks for various ink based jutsu. The ink can be used in constructing written seals and fuuinjutsu when applicable. It can also be used to draw stationary traps triggered by hand seals. Manipulating stationary drawings/pools of ink requires a chakra cost equal to the inks blend cost. Ink can be mixed with Suiton and Fuuton Jutsu so long as the Suiton based jutsu does not consist of hot water. The Inks effectiveness is also dropped by half in such an event. This technique unlike the Ukyo's cannot create, summon, and manipulate complex drawings made with the ink. Ink manipulation is limited to geometric shapes, symbols, and drawings lacking complex detail. Mastery of this technique shows a Hojo clan members truest harmony with their ink as such they can also detect whenever something or someone comes in contact with the ink as if a motion sensor but only to that extent. Ink manipulated by Mai-Kai is 'expended' and vanishes immediately after it's manipulation. The typical manipulated area varies depending on the desired manipulation. 5 ft diameter for stationary ink, 5 square ft for created structures assuming enough ink is present.

Description: Rooted in creativity Toso has acquired a significant level of skill when it comes to forming his ink prior to its release. These formations can take various shapes. Their durations, size, and strength are reflexive of the Chakra used to produce them. Structures vary from platforms that suspend in mid air, to large dome shaped barriers. This technique is comparable to the Kanboku Skill Ink Blade Edge. However, the complexity of doing this requires a lofty cost. Unlike other Inking methods which become a normal means of administering Hojo ink, Inku-ire Keisei while it may not consume an activation does require a Chakra cost equivalent to the shape and structure made. Offensive structures disperse usually immediately upon when it's function is complete. Such as biting swiping or falling.

Examples:

E-Rank Chakra: Objects that are typically small 2ft. In Diameter and Circumference
D-Rank Chakra: Objects that are typically of medium sized 5ft In Diameter and Circumference
C-Rank Chakra: Objects that are typically of large sized 10ft In Diameter and Circumference

Description: In it's simplest form, Kakusokudo allows an individual to use their fingers as they would a brush and ink with just as much precision. They can execute any technique in the Kanboku style that does not require bristles with their fingers and hands. For the duration of the ability the user's knowledge in Formless Style Brush Applies to either Soft Physical or Hard Physical Up to the Rank expended but never both at the same time. Spending D ranked amount of Chakra would allow the user to treat their hands for the purpose of Soft Physical and Hard Physical as D assuming their Knowledge in Formless Brush is at least D for a two post duration. When used in conjunction with Hojo clan Sticky Fingers the secreted blend can be applied. If seal connection is known prepared fuuin corresponding with the seal can be triggered in mid air up to the chakra rank expended.

Technique Name: Fulu Hyaku Tsuihō (One Hundred Banishing Fulu) X

Description: Signaled with the slamming of a staff or rotating one's arms around the body in a full circle a circle of fulu up to one hundred (A.k.a Taoist Exorcism Slips) appear around the user glowing with a mysterious light and the Kanji for purify written on them. The Fulu are then dispersed appropriately either sectioning off an area or attaching themselves to a target. If the target harbors any impunity, intent to do harm, hate, or evil within them they will undergo an unfathomable pain. The Fulu can be Kai'd to be removed when placed on a person. Objects or structures with Fulu on them function similarity when touched by a person or creature that fits the criteria. An evil or malevolent astral projection or spirit is forced back into it's body, crosses over, or is condemned to hell if the Fulu surpasses their rank. Non-malevolent spirits can use the Fulu as a method to crossover peacefully. If the Fulu are dispersed in a manner where it is attached to four surfaces in say a room a barrier will form. Example at 8:24 Any spiritual entities in the room or area will become visible to normal individuals. Activation allows Kyomei to determine a spirits alignment.

Kyomei will throw up to six paper dolls possibly with inscribed Fuuin that grow enormously in size to surround an opponent or trap them in a pseudo-dome. One Rank of Chakra is Used Per Paper Doll thrown with an inscribed Fuuin. All dolls in this instance will release their Fuuin assuming there is one in place. (Requires Prepared Fuuin to be Present on Paper Dolls) The Paper Dolls are as durable as the chakra spent to enlarge them but vanish after one post.

Description: "The user can confine their tattoos into other wanted paper,scrolls, objects and Kaifu via Ochagami no Tai [ Body of the Tea God ]. When the conduit is destroyed before activation or during transference the Tattoo becomes ethereal. This makes the tattoo capable of returning to user's body, the fuuinjutsu is not lost and can be activated normally when it's returned to the body. Instead of costing E-rank worth of chakra the amount of chakra spent is determined by the level of Fuuin sealed in the tattoo being transferred to chosen conduit. Aesthetically the chosen conduit may float in ghostly manner around the user. This can be done a number of times determined by the user's skill in Ochagami no Tai [ Body of the Tea God ] making it possible to have up to six Fuuin sealed in this manner. They are treated as Tattoos for interaction with Reinforcement and Negation. Ultimately since Tattoo's have no indicated Fuuin size limitation when the Tattoo is transferred to a conduit said conduit will still function like the Tattoo for unexpected results. The duration of the floating fuuin remains indefinitely for purely aesthetic purposes unless destroyed or released.
