I said, "Sailor Moon, someone close to me made me promise that I'd protect everyone that I cared for. And recently, I met someone who I promised I would protect with my life. I've been taught to fight for what is important to me. My friends and the people that they care for. It's because of them... That's part of the reason I chose to be a Senshi. Another reason is that the same comrade of yours that gave me this device also saved my life. And my loyalty are to the people that protect my friends."

That's when I stared Sailor Moon in the eye, with my own showing serene compassion and determination, and I said, "In other words, my loyalty is to you and the other Senshi. And that's final."

(Sagitta)

I knew I wanted to help Daisuke. But with Hydra there, I just couldn't help him at the moment.

That's when I decied to contact Hotaru through the same way I contacted Daisuke.

I said, 'Hotaru, help!'

I stopped dead in my tracks as I felt a strange pain in my heart. Someone needed my help but who it was I wasn't sure. I rested my hand over my heart and tried to focus on who it was. If it was one of the other Senshi then they would simply contact me over the communicator.

I opened my eyes as I heard a voice in my head. Sagitta needed our help! I spun on my heel and raced down the stairs. If he could contact me then perhaps I could answer him. I paused and focused on the connection. We're on our way.

I raced into the study where Michiru and Setsuna were. They looked up at me but said nothing. Both of them seemed to already know what was going on. I held out my transformation wand. "Saturn Crystal Power! Make-up!" I yelled. I quickly transformed and then waited for the other two.

(Michiru)
I watched Hotaru for a moment then held out my own transformation wand. "Neptune Crystal Power! Make-up!" I said calmly. I wrapped my arms around myself and then transformed. It was better to already be transformed when we arrived.

(Setsuna)
It would appear to be my turn. Like Michiru I put my transformation wand over my head. "Pluto Crystal Power! Make-up!" I stated. My change was similar to Michiru's and once it was finished I held my Time Key tightly in my hand. "Let us go." I said. With that we were gone.

(That's what Pluto's staff-thing is called! the Time Key! I've been wondering for ages... thanks.)

(Oh, yeah, I don't know, should I let hydra be totally wiped out, here? Or should I make her escape eventually, to drag things out? Help me out with this.)

Mars was right on to calling the other Senshi. She didn't want to experiment with the mind-contact she'd experienced earlier, as it might not have been her who held the connection. Of course, she'd have to wait for people to pick up...

Think maybe I can get myself out of this?Daisuke thought to his incarnate.



Well, when I was little, my dad used to read me stories. No, big novels, usually seventh grade level. I didn't really understand what he was talking about, but i liked it. So, when I was older, I re-read a lot of those stories, and-



I'm gettin' there! One of the men in a story was paralized, by a wicked sorceress. To free himself from the spell, he didn't try to do a big struggle. He started first by trying to gain control of his fingers, then his hand, and so on.



Best shot we got.Daisuje thought. He would try to free himself from this condemnation, no matter foolish it seemed that he was taking advice from a story.

Hydra knew that the rest of the Scouts would soon arrive. And she was mentally prepared. Even if they defeated her dominant side, the original side would show, as an innocent civilian. For Hydra, too, was once only an incarnate side to someone. But she took over, and the hostess was too weak to fight back.

And, as long as the girl lived, she, Hydra, would too.

(Sagitta)

I replied, "Of course I'm not doubting your strength, or mine, EternalMoon. I have faith in the future of my friends and the people that they care for. Because I too, am fighting for my friends. And I'm not about to give up on them now... Or ever, for that matter."

((Should we PM the people rping the Inner Senshi? I mean, Mars can't be trying to contact them forever, you know eek . And, as far as posting, TatyanaNavka, be a little random, go with the flow. ))

Daisuke by now had control of his toes, and his two hands. He was getting there. However, now the battle scene was out of view, he had gone a long way.

Come on! Do I really have to work this hard to control my own friggin' body? Then, he suddenly was free of his internal prison. He jumped in the air and gave a 'whoop'. He didn't care that pedestrians stared at him as if he was a maniac.

He started running to get back to his friends, and, when he was almost there, he transformed into Ram Knight. This is like bike-riding, the more you do it, the better you get!



Gotcha.

"Ah, Pluto, Neptune, and Saturn! So pleased you could come!" Hydra said. Her voice had the eerie smoothness one would expect a snake to have. "You know, I'm called 'Hydra' for a reason." She smiled ominously, and she now had fangs. She would wait a little longer before she unleashed herself. "Soon enough, you shall see me in my true form."

Mars looked over and saw the three other Senshi who showed up. Then, she looked over to Hydra, who's fangs were too perfectly white. Her eyes now had slits, like a cat. And, Mars noticed for the first time noticed the emblem on her dress: a snake holding the Libra scales in its mouth.

She was then reminded of a greek Legend she learned a long time ago, about a snake with nine heads named 'Hydra'. Her eyes widened. "EternalMoon, this woman is extremely, extremely dangerous! She's more than human!" she paused. "She is a nine headed snake!"

"Correction, Mars, dear. I am a nine-headed basilisk, which is a giant snake anyways." She cracked her neck, and grinned venemously. She's holding back, waiting for the other Scouts! That over-confident witch!
