Lilly kept quiet she saw her mother in the crowd holding a toddler. Lilly could see some buises on her arms and could tell Brandon had beaten her recently. She had to restrain herself from attacking her father

Brandon couldn't help but laugh "do you seriously belive I am keeping people here against their will? They are free to leave at any time they wish and yet they chose to stay they are made fully aware of the rules of this place" he stopped laughing. "My wife is nothing of your concern, women are to be seen and not heard child it has been that way for decades and it will stay that way for decades to come unless they leave which they have the choice to do" he looked at Lilly's mother in the crowd "now if you excuse me I have a harvest to attend to" he said and walked away from them stopping for a moment "it would be wise to leave we are quite happy here and we wish to stay that way" he said and walked off Lilly's mother following him she looked back once at Lilly with eyes filled with great sadness she pulled the toddler close to her and walked out of sight.

Lilly stared at what Cyclone was doing "Cyclone stop they want to stay my fathers right they do have a choice to stay or not so you need to stop destroying their homes" she yelled trying to get the message accross "I left here by choice he warned me that if I left he would disown me and I accepted it but these people have chosen to live here" she stopped and looked at the ground "the only person who doesn't have a choice is my mother"

"why are you doing this? You have destroyed our homes which will take months to rebuild it is obvious that you care very much for my dear Lillian but you must understand we live this way by choice" she said and then looked at Brandon "away from Technolgy and temption we live off the land the way our ancestors did haversting and growing everything we need to live" she explained to them not mentioning the bruises

Elizabeth took a step away from Cyclone as if she was affraid of him. "I can not just abandon my family for the outside world" she said being stubbon she truly wanted to get away from Brandon but this town was all she knew. "this world is all I know"

"I will never abandon my friends,family and allies. I am cyclone the hedgehog and I will not fail."

Cyclone sighed and nodded. "No lilly,we tried. This was the whole reason I came here in the first place,I wanted to save these people from docter doom over there." He said and pointed to brandon. "Ill give you a final chance but then we will have to go,take your family,friends,and anyone close to you and bring them with you." He said to her and got closer to her. "I promise you,we are not lieing,he disowned your daughter,your very flesh and blood for something as stupid as a tradition." He said to her and then looked at brandon. "Why so quiet? Are we bothering you,cause I would be more than happy to bother you some more." He said to him.


"Are you afraid of me? Well you dont have to be,just either come with us and give up this foolishness or stay behind,but I made a promise and you wont lay another hand on her." He said to brandon and then looked back at elizabeth. "Listen,me and your daughter are going on a little adventure to see the world,you can come along if you want. Oh and by the way,my name is cyclone the hedgehog and I am your daughters boyfriend." He said and then paused.

"You think you know everything about the emeralds? But really,your not even close."

Brandon looked at Cyclone and turned up his nose "boyfriend I remember what silly outsider word that is" he turned to Elizabeth "go with them it's obvious you want to either way I need to get back to the harvest as winter is comming and I have mouths to feed" he looked at Cyclone again "I need to let her know ones place so I was forced to act she brought it on herself for that girl" he said with extreame loathing and walked off.
