@Akemi-maru: Well, since Rozen doesn't have Soul Protect, I guess it's logical he could track her. Sure. I already have an idea of how this could play out.
Just know that Rozen has VERY strong senses and you can't track her without her knowing you're there.

Luna too, she'd be able to smell or hear you, unless you mask your scent and are ninja quiet

To be perfectly honest, you would have "seen too much" and they'd have no choice but to lead you to Anemone's Lair where they could at least keep an eye on you.
After that it's out of their hands.

Technically, if Fury changes the post to say he sensed Rozen, it would be fine as is, I think.
@ Akemi: Luna would want to lead you north and lose you in the snow. She would try to avoid taking you to Anemone...

Rozen's too loyal terrified of Anemone. She knows he'd somehow find out there was someone who knew they'd been in Death City as witches.
If they murdered Sousuke:
Aneomone would kill them for going over his head.
If they lost Sousuke in the wilderness:
Anemone would kill them for not being thorough.
If they brought Sousuke to the lair:
Anemone would brutalize them for bringing a stranger in... and then do whatever the hell he wants.
