Well by the way you explained it, It sounded exactly like the regular Sai Dai Rin. I don't even see how he could've learned it since A. Lucci was the only one to know how the technique actually worked and B. We picked up Drake in Gol D Rodger's time. Lucci wasn't even born since he's only 28 in the current story.
Edit: We should actually go over Reverse Mountain this time. xD If we need too we can use some of the islands from fillers/movies/and video games of OP.
OP Unlimited Adventure would be a neat story to rp.

And about that shiloh...hm maybe lets say i have this idea to meet an old friend who controls water and is a grandpa...hm sounds good?

His was explainable though because he had the power of gravity. All he had to do was increase the g-force and boom, sunken ships. surprised
