"Good to know." Rose panted. "Wouldn't you think this person would have to know a lot about us to us these types of attacks and tactics?" Rose had silently started to move towards Gordin.

"He might. I don't know anyone of that description though." She muttered back and summoned a throwing knife and hurled it towards Gordin, only to be deflected by a barrier...

She ran towards the fringe of the trees disappearing and reappearing behind Gordin. He scythe at his throat.

Gordin's eyes widened in surprise, "Rose! Wha-what're you doing?!"

Rose sighed. "Truthfully I don't know. It's to keep you from moving." She hoped. "Jace are you alight?"

Jace nodded and replied, "Yeah, I'm fine. How about you?"
Gordin groaned as his hand moved involuntarily towards the blade of Rose's scythe and grabbed it, despite the blood welling in his hand...

Rose swore and the scythe disintegrated. "Are you trying to separate your soul from your body?" Once that happened she couldn't put it back. "C-could be better." She cursed again... she only knew how to handle things with violence but she didn't want to hurt Gordin. Just stop him. "A-any ideas Jace?"

Jace was half deaf from the screams from souls she had seperated herself, she covered her ears and squatted down, rocking back and forth, until she somehow heard Rose's voice above them all, "A-any ideas Jace?"
She stood up, empowered by the rage that had costumed her fear, he eyes changed to a blood red color, and her words were but a growl, You're the cause of this! She made out her own thought just barely as she shattered the barrier and chuckled as she saw blood well up in her own hand, as shards cut through...

A black shadow hit Rose in the chest, knocking the air from her and sending her sliding down the hill. "Damn it!" The shadows took the time to jump on Rose. Black burns started to form on her exposed skin.

Jace grinned and summoned another throwing dagger and put it up against Gordin's throat...
"Jace! What're you doing?!" His voice barely made an impact on Jace's mind as she move the dagger closer, centimeter a second...

"Ugh..." Jace muttered as she was knocked out unconscience as Lex appeared behind her, he was holding a broadsword and he had hit her with the flat of his sword,
"I came at just the right moment, huh?" He smiled, but took a step back as Gordin sunk to the ground through a dark void...
((Heh, Lex comes in! And Gordin disappears... Again.))

Rose ran up the hill and knelt next to Jace. "What made you come up here?" She looked at the spot where Gordin had disappeared into.

"One of my coworkers was watching the fight through a telescope, I was charged with taking care of Jace while she's stil suffering and well, I can't let her kill anyone." Lex shrugged and picked Jace up, grimacing, "Are you alright?"

"I'll survive." The black burns had started to smolder. "My head hurts." For a fleeting second her whole figure flickered in the light.
