Trust IS a fickle thing, guess you'd have to believe in your gut. If you don't WANT me to help you with the RP though, I don't have to.

Pish. I don't know. I probably need help, but I really don't think I'd be able to do very well...
XD; I don't like fighting, and I'm pretty bad at pretending to fight as well.
Isn't that most of what RPing is?

lol not really, RPing is more like writing a story with a bunch of people. there CAN be a klot of fighting, but there doesn't have to be. My favorite RP was kind of like a Clue murder mystery RP. It didn't have fighting but was pretty fun.
Well it's kind of private but fine -_- I have to make phone calls for bills, jobs, family, and probablt get at least one from a telemarketer that i will promptly tell to ******** off.

Wow, I cant believe everyone is actually talking about the rp XDD
Basically an rp IS like writing a story, except you can only control your character's actions and you have to make them react to whatever's going on. I guess I've made the one here a little more difficult than most by adding the concept of character development (as opposed to regular rps on gaia which have characters that spring into existence with the powers of Cheesus), but I think in the long term it should make it more fun, too!
One of the opportunities the system opens up is structured combat, but it's not vital or even necessary. sweatdrop At least, I don't think so anyway.
Just be glad I didn't let my bf dictate the rules of the rp. He's totally into super mega hardcore rping where everything has to be mod-approved or risk facing ZE BANHAMMAR. Some systems make EVERYTHING subject to approval so that everything is as "realistic" as possible in a fantasy setting. While I was working on it he was like "NOOO, YOU'RE GIVING IT TOO MUCH STRUCTURE, THAT'S TOO RESTRICTING!" and I was like "I am so not letting everyone run amok with no framework to stick to because everyone'll just be confused and isnt making characters subject to approval the very essence of restricting?" etc etc etc
In the end he gave up trying to advise me emo Though I did snatch quite a few of his ideas...
