so about the 3 chunin jutsu thing... kinda makes sense and all, but it doesnt match up with the chakra system, which lists genin being able to use b-ranked and a-ranked jutsu. which is odd. It says we can use B-rank jutsu 3 times, and A-rank jutsus 1 rank. Those numbers are already changed to be realistic, or a genin could use 2 A-ranked jutsu and still have chakra to spare.
So is there some way a ninja can learn more than 1 rank higher, or should the chakra system simply be updated? (they probably shuold at least write in the 3 jutsu of only one rank higher rule either way, unless it is changed.)

iKaze Arashi So, you're saying the only way to rank up to Chuunin is via Chuunin Exam? .... And, pertaining to the three Chuuunin technqieus, I'm guessing you mean learning three Youton jutsu. If so, then, I'd still need someone to teach me, and, as stated before, I'm the only person able to perform Youton. Also! Who came up with the rule,"Jinchuriki can't auto-rank?" @Kaze: Common sense did, seeing as a jinchuuriki auto rank is just ridiculous. Think, what guild as successful as POTS had Auto Rank demons? @Keishi: Yes, or universals, or genjutsu. @Hikaro: You make a good point, it should be updated.

Ok, because I pulled a kunai on the Kyuubi host.....I've grown concerned because if I'd tried to drain him of chakra.....there would be no way for either of us to know how much chakra he would lose......(lets just glance over the 'unlimited chakra' detail right now.) I'm no longer in my village. I think not being able to effectively drain people is going to become a problem soon... >.>

Alright, I see your point there. But, the question remains! So what if I am able to learn three Youton jutsu, I'd still need someone to teach it to me. Who would teach it to me? Or...Does the Yonbi teach me?

A minor, or not so minor... Detail I have been wondering about since I first joined this guild. How do demon hosts get the demon's chakra? It's not listed anywhere that they are even able to, yet at the same time, that's one of the main bonuses of say, the kyuubi.

Do I have to have Sealing type chakra for Sealing jutsu, Seeing as you already have to have Sealing master?
Also, how come when you make a jutsu, the other people have to learn it from you? Shouldn't it be treated as it always existed?

I never liked that Sealing Type chakra rule since sealing techniques are part of a ninjas basic skills -__-
But yeah I think I remember something about needing to have Sealing Type chakra to use Fuinjutsu

Specify more fen.
There are no such thing as village jutsu, unless you are talking about village Genjutsu, and most of those have an Element requirement.
What you are really trying to ask is if Sound counts as a chakra type, one of the ones you get a Academy, Chuunin, and Jonin.

@fenrir: Be patient. And yes, sound takes up a chakra element just like Sand does.
@Storm: Your already so epic that people are afraid to speak of your epicness for fear of it totally eclipsing their own epicness that is so minor in comparison to yours.
@Suna: Yes, you need sealing chakra to use Fuuinjutsu, AND you need to be of the sealing maste type (Actually, thats a half lie, its still under debate whether you NEED sealing master for Fuuinjutsu). But no one can use it right now because SOMEONE promised to make a list of Fuuinjutsu (Glares at Martin).
You CAN make a jutsu for us to put on the universal list, but a lot of these jutsus are created by your RPC, hence the name Custom Jutsu.

Bummer. stare Alright then do you need an element to learn different village genjutsu and taijutsu? For example, if I have Wind and Fire elements can I learn sand village genjutsu?
