Kenkaru TakeshiYasutoko omg...this s**t wont start. all this because he disin't listen to me. Twice. and as I told you before, when you become the guild leader you go and take all decitions. 1.) He didnt make a decision 2.) He made a statement 3.) If you started this clan willing to be guild leader then I guess you'll have to put up with some complaints and people trying to take over 4.) Sometimes even a guild leader or moderators need to have decisions done for them , hence, advice.

2) no s**t
3) always do that
4) advice is ok, no one takes decitions for me. I keep the balance and as Ari says, you don t like it there is a door in the form of a Quit guild button.

I run a guild with about six people and it's dying... of course, I should have known it was a mistake to let it revolve around a different individual's personal rp set up, even if it is good for a full guild set up, as he likes to keep as much secret as he possibly can, isn't always on, and that leaves me with no idea how to change things to help his rp run better or whatnot... maybe I need to move him to a subforum in it and make something new for the main guild. But yes, they are a lot of work when you need to consider what to do, and you can't even always get time to do that. Anyway, I'm here for a moment before I scamper off to fill out my chuunin test question... I do fill it out like I'm planning it, right? Not as if I'm rp'ing the plan?

yeah all you need to do is give me a plan and how you expect things to run with that plan ^__^
about the guild behing death, if you ever want to sell it just tell me I might make you a good offer, right now, I m runnin 3 guilds and I m a mod in 18 opthers guild, I m a mod for a personal forum of a friend and an admin of a personal forum of another friend, so belive me I m a busy person, not adding that I have to go to college and keep everything in the house on order >_<

So as I always said, I need people to be PATIENT. well guilds does not need to have a hell lot of people small guilds are better, like my elysium guild we have like 22 menbers but the rp runs awesomely and we always having hell lot of plots to do heart

I agree. Personal opinion, a guild being a community of between 10 and 20 people, I like to lean towards 15, in an rp where the guild is everyone has one character and it's one big rp instead of many little threads, in my opinion all literate and other such things like that.

Well, I've run out of time for tonight, and I'll have to do whatever tomorrow morning, but I invite everyone to read my last post in Kirigakure and guess what Kojiro summoned. I'll be quite surprised if the first and second don't get it, assuming anyone cares, but I just feel like asking everyone to guess.
