She felt his warmth fill her as he kissed her and her eyes questioned him as she let out a relieved sigh. He was real, and with his help she stood, still shaky but up and safer.
"An hour..." She whispered. It had not felt that way at all.... Another shiver ran through her as she went back into her memories. Damn she wouldnt be able to be in the dark for a while now.... She looked at Neko. That meant that... They still had some issues to deal with. Damn it all she couldnt deal with that right now. Kyuus voice made her look and then jump when Neko snarled at her. Ishira stumbled back away from him again, looking at his yellow eyes with slight fear.
"You idiot, you are frightening her!" Kyuu snapped, trying not to show that his demeanor was scaring her as well. Her wings snapped shut and her eyes mimicked Ishiras red. "She has been through hell, you are bringing up memories in her that are not well for her frail body right now. As it is, it is giving me a head ache." In fact it was over loading, but she was not going to tell him that.

"You."
Neko curled his fingers in towards his palm, his feet digging into the dirt as he prepared to pounce. He sighed through the end of his growl and calmed down, his body and hands relaxing.
"Shut it."
He turned back to Ishira, his crystal eyes coming back to their blue hue as he continued to calm down. the girl wasn't a threat, and even with the threat of attack, staying calm would be the best defense. Evidently, Ishira made him very emotional, and he was very protective of her.
"I worked as fast as I could to get you back, I'm sorry. I had no idea where he had you or what he was doing, I did everything I could to get you back safely..."

"Its not that..." Ishira gathered herself, pushing her memories back as her eyes met Kyuus. Seeing the child was calming her, making the fact she wasnt in the Darkness more solid. s**t, she was glad she was out, couldnt even imagine another second with the Darkness, but only an hour had past and that was not enough to dissolve the issues they had. She may be rattled now but soon she would calm and there were things that needed to be discussed... Damnit to hell. "Not everyone was stuck where i was Neko... There are things that need to be discussed." This wouldnt wait for her to catch up, it was obvious with Kyuu.
"I think there is more then discussing dear mother..." Kyuu was still growling but her eyes met Ishiras with relief. The woman had been through hell again, and though it would pain her to deal with it matters now, they needed to be dealt with. "The others are quiet calm, have been since you and... Him have left. I doubt that they will look now, they are still at odds."

Neko sighed, lowering his head into his hand, his forefinger and thumb rubbing his temples as he took in a deep breath and gathered himself and his thoughts.
"You know that I wouldn't use you. Even if you look at it from that point of view, you have been a distraction from my research. I care about you, I love you, Ishira, and I wouldn't dare put you in danger you couldn't handle, and definitely not to further my own agenda. It was a farce, to keep them hostile towards me."

"He lies, do not listen to him. You heard his words, why would he say he was using you and then call you his lover if all he was saying way lies?" Kyuu put her hands on her hips and tilted her head as she watched the father figure weasle his way back into Ishiras heart. It was not the right time to talk about these things, Ishiras will was not strong enough... But there was still a hole.
"Tell me everything you said was truth Neko, without it being a lie. I have spent hell with Darkness with little hope for my return, nor did i want to return half of the time. They spoke of a past love and what you did to her, and then you say that i am just a step? What am i to believe... You have kept things from me even as i was open to you.." She was slowly slipping back into her insecurities but at least now she had her Fox. She wasnt sealed but only because of Darkness.

"A past...?"
Neko's brow furrowed in confusion. Noone there knew about Ryuu.....Tut. His heart sank, and the sadness was obvious on his face, the despair showing in his demeanor, as the anger flashed in his eyes., then, cold. He cut it off, his eyes seeming to glaze over as the air surrounding him became colder, his skin going pale, the emotions going as cold as his skin.
"Ryuu Tsurugi. When I first came here, she was the Mizu Sensei. She was my teacher, and my savior. She brought me back from the edge of death too many times to count. Whenever I would slip up and my own power, or someone else's would bring me close to the edge, she was the one to pull me to safe ground. I fell in love with her, and she with me. I was going to marry her, but she was royalty. Her father is the King of a nearby country, and I, an orphan from nowhere, didn't even have a family name.
I've had numerous conferences with her family, and years ago, they decided to grant me control of a small platoon of soldiers, made me an officer in their army. I performed so well for them and their campaigns that I quickly rose to command my own separate force to their army. I was the general of their special forces. I went to war, I killed countless people to get that rank, to get that name, and to get her family's approval. I have so much blood on my hands, just so I could marry that woman. I've died to save her life, I've lived with half of a body because of assassins sent for her, who poisoned me.
I worked so hard, and suffered so much for that woman, I was gone because of her father's orders on many occasions, and one time, when I came back, she was gone. And in my room, there was her ring.I searched for months, and I've had agents searching for years, but there was no sign of her, and noone could tell me what happened. She left me. She left me with nothing but her ghost. I tried to move on, but I've always been detached in a relationship, I've always been haunted. Then you come along.
I didn't think anything of it. I needed a mole here at the Academy, someone to spread rumors and make me out to be a villain. I agreed to train you to earn your trust, but then, something unexpected happened. You gained mine. And with my trust, you broke through what I put up, suddenly, this ghost over my shoulder just disappeared, and I could finally stop wearing her ring. I could finally leave her behind me and call off the searches."
Neko's expression had warmed up a little by now, especially when he began to talk about Ishira. He sighed softly and looked at her, his eyes cold, almost like when he first accepted her as a student.
"There you have it. I did nothing to her but protect her, and work to gain her family's approval. Just her and I know the whole story, and just I know every face of every soldier killed for her. Would I do the same for you if my hand was forced? In a heartbeat, and I'm afraid I just have. That, My Love, is the truth."
He turned slightly towards Kyuu , the same cold, look in his eyes.
"And I will slaughter you where you stand and rend your soul asunder if you threaten the only thing in my life that brings me joy, spirit."

Ishira carefully watched his expressions cross his face with ease for just a moment. When he realized what she said, her heart clenched as she knew that some of what Tut had said must have been true. Damn that man for pulling this out... And then he shut her out. Ishiras eyes widened and she let out a weak growl as she reached to touch him and make him look at her.
"Thats not important? Not something you had wished to share with me? Neko you know of my Largo, and my child. Of my past that rarely any one has eyes to and yet i learn from that... That man of your past love. Something that has driven you for so long and yet i had no idea of. You killed for her, and yet you could not tell me of her? I did not come here to fall in love with you, nor did i come to be your mole. I wanted to learn control, and i gained your trust and you gained mine. The only thing i asked was truth and that you didnt change me into an experiment of yours. Ive been honest and open with you..." Ishira looked to Kyuu and then back to him.
"Leave her be, she guided me to truth even if it was risky and had me with my fears longer then i needed..." She tried hard to hold back any of the anger in her voice. He was back to looking at her like a student and she cursed it. She had thought they had gotten so far and now they were back to step one it seemed. "I too would die for you Neko, and if it hadnt been for the fact i was sealed i would have never let Tutsumi or Reeve get as close as they did to you..."
Kyuu hissed, her wings spreading to make her look bigger. Damn, Ishira was falling in the hole again, this was not looking anywhere good for Kyuu. "You are the one who threatens her with the half truths that spit out of your vile mouth. Do you think she would have ran if she had known before? Do you think she would have been in that forest when that man took her if it were not for yourself? Do not put full blame on one that has not been part of your scheme this entire time."

"And I have been honest with you. I just didn't feel that you needed to know that story. I never needed to know that story, and I was glad to finally forget it for just a moment when I look at you."
His eyes softened, just for a moment, then Kyuu spoke.
"She is yours to do with as you wish, but she needs to learn her place. She would still be a rusted, worthless weapon buried in a shrine, if it weren't for me"

Ishira brightened when she saw him soften and she nodded. She felt the same but didnt feel the need to express it. He had known, she had never once made it silent what he meant to her. For a moment she relaxed, happy that at least some of it was blowing over for the moment but then Kyuu spoke up. Damn the child if she played on Ishiras darker sides.
"Kyuu enough! My mind is not yours to torment with and if you say even one more thing to damn me then i will send you back to those men you were so keen to jump ship with." Ishira snapped at her before sending her a message that only they could hear. Enough, i dont have the strength for this and you know it.
Kyuu hissed again, becoming more annoyed then anything. She knew Ishira would not let the father figure touch her, not after learning he wanted to kill her but she would not push it. The lady was right, her strength and will were very weakened and though Kyuu wanted to drill a nail deeper into the bastards head she ceased her words and snapped her wings shut. Crossing her arms she turned her back to them and looked for something suitable to sit on."
Ishira waited until Kyuu was out of ears length and turned back to Neko, her eyes back to narrowed seriousness.
"You are going to kill the only thing that holds my blood and kin? Your... Guard that was on her told her she would die with the rest of them when you finished with the experiments Neko. Shes in the right mind to be extremely pissed at you and so should i, but i have no strength for it. Kyuu may not have come from my womb but i wont stand for it if your plans will kill her completely in the end."

"My plans? You mean for the progeny?"
Neko chuckled softly, surprised that it had been misconstrued.
"My creations.. My... 'children', the Progeny, are told everything before the deal for their spirit its made. When I have tweaked them enough, they are to be reforged into a single being. Kyuu, is not part of the Progeny. She probably asked if you were Lilum too, didn't she Kyuu?"
He turned to the child for a moment to question her, then back to Ishira, seemingly relieved.
"She is yours... Ours. I'm just a little touchy now, and very defensive. She was trying to get between us, and I'll snap if I lose you again... It took everything I had to not charge at Bao and let him kill me over you."

Ishira snapped a glare at him.
"Never put yourself in that position Neko. I could have gotten out in time, if Darkness felt nice enough to help... I dont want you risking those things not with.. " Well hell she didnt really want to bring up the whole he may be dieing soon..." Not with your shortened life span... Its not worth the risk if theres other ways out.. If anything my Fox wouldnt let me be about having Kyuu away..." She mumbled but her eyes glanced to Kyuu. Her Fox was rather calm but then again her body wasnt up to par...
"They did ask her if she was that... Who is lilum?" Ishira took a step away from him and idly looked over her body. She tested herself, seeing if she could stand without his help so she slowly took her hands off of him, balancing herself until her knees threatened to collapse.

"I had to do something... Luckily all he wanted to do was offer me a job, so to speak. He's agreed to leave you alone, and fund my research, but like i said. I'd do anything to keep you safe, the b*****d... Lilum is the eighteenth progeny. I haven't gotten to it yet, so they're all mostly on edge, wondering then their last sibling will come, then they merge."
Neko put his hands on Ishira's waist, letting her stand on her own, but staying there to catch her weight if needbe.
"My agents have likely pulled out by now, without contact from me. Let's go home, Ishira."

"You made a deal with Bao?" Ishiras brow quirked and she put her hands on his as she tilted her head slowly. This didnt sound good and what sucked was that it was her fault. Not to mention that he thought that she couldnt handle herself when it came to another person... She shook her head in disagreement before looking down to her legs and frowning. Her knees were shaking and threatening, making her irritated with how weak she was. Maybe he was right, but her stubborn nature said she could handle herself.
"I cant say i agree with it, but your choices are your own... I think i can handle myself when im not freaking out about this damn seal...." She forced herself to stand straight only to have her knees give completely and have her going for the ground again. Neko had her, but she still stumbled. "Damnit to hell..."
"She does not want to go home..." Kyuu grumbled before turning around again and tapping her foot as she looked down at Ishira. "Why are people always so stubborn to feelings? When i lived in my own true body we said what was on our minds you know."

Don't forget... When you're calm and concentrate, you can release the seals on your own. I took the safest option, and if you want, I can take the seals off. We'll continue that part of your training later."
His chakra, just a little string of it, flowed into Ishira, giving him a secure connection to communicate through.
"And don't worry, I have every intention of bringing that man's plan down around him."
"Kyuu, I don't think that having a new body has affected that aspect of you at all."

"Kyuu, there are things woman do not tell men and even i know that there are things you wouldnt say." Before Kyuu could reply Ishira pinned her with a look that dared her to say it before continuing. When the child was silent Ishira went back to trying to get herself stable again. "I dont think that taking the seals off is a bad thing but if i continue training youll need to repair them anyways. While in that damn thing, Darkness was playing with the seal and i dont know what he did to it...." Ishira kept her eyes down, concentrating on getting her body to at least work enough for her to walk. She acknowledged what he sent to her with a simple nod and made sure that the connection he shared with her would only be used to communicate thoughts she wanted to for the time being.
Kyuu huffed but then shrugged, there were somethings.. But she was not done with messing with what ever Ishira and Neko had now.
"If you loved some one would you not tell them when you are weakened and do not feel safe in their home because of uncertainty and lies?" She smirked, knowing it was going to get to Ishira and hopefully the father figure.
Ishiras head snapped up and her eyes grew a deeper red as she stood and turned to Kyuu. She went to walk only to stumble and have to grab Nekos arm to keep herself from falling. A low growl came from her throat and her eyes narrowed.
"You little brat. If you dont get out of my damn head ill sever our connection in the most painful way i can come up with. Shut it before you join my sister in the Darkness for a couple of days."
