aMus I remember that Halloween 04 was a disaster for most. xD Including myself, I'm very stupid so I wasn't sure what was going on. Also the terrible lag, and the OMIGAWD ONE ZOMBIE! *120,552,236 users hit the same zombie* And vice versa with the humans.
xD It's why the event items from 04 like coats and shirts were so expensive. 3 Zombie or Human lab coats and you could of bought a pair of mini wings! surprised Ferserious! I had just moved... so I didn't really deal with the lag but for an hour. No internet T~T

H2K4 wasn't perfect, but for the first major Gaian event it did pretty well, right?
The massive lag prevented me from getting my Human Labcoat though. I did get a Zombie one, though, which I stupidly sold almost right after the event.
Dumbest thing I've ever done.
I was mostly involved with the AGC and GCS, though, so the plot was actually the focus for me and it made the lag not matter so much.

DeGei Wish I would have been around for that first Halloween. *Shrug* It wasn't much. I was just posting 15 times getting candy True the items were nice... but at the time it was meh. There wasn't much fun, no ball, no plot, no NPCs. As an event it was very dull. None of us ever thought the JU shirt would be worth anything. We were wrong XD

Scratch what I said, I wish I had found out about Gaia two year before I did. June 03 would have been a good spot indeed.

Ahhh I guess that's cause I joined in June or '03 ( EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST DAY IT WAS STILL JUNE xD )

For the first big forum interactive event, it went as smoothly as the server could hold the number of users who attended. xD;
But it wasn't as bad as all the downtimes and roll backs we had in late 03. Lots of people lost a lot of stuff. =O
