Alice fell onto her bottom, she reached for the key with her left arm, her pointer and middle finger pushed it towards her, taking the key.
Rufus threw the bottle at the door, which the potion blew up on impact. The door shredded. He walked in, seeing Alice struggling to get off the ground. "Alice, what in 'ell is going on?"
"Rufus! Just shoot the b***h!" She said, returning to her legs, which she swayed on.

Jack sighed, moving in front of Polly, his shadow looming over Rufus and Alice.
"I'm sorry, sir. I can't let you do that."
[[Shiiiiiiit]]
Polly, laughing the most horrid form of maniacally shrill laugh, and, climbing onto Jack's shoulders, she shot out a stream of caramel at its highest possible temperature.
"IT'LL MELT YOUR FACES OFF!"

Vhozd looked at Azrael warily, ready to defend Monoe if he tried anything. Ecchymos was even more confused, and angry.
"What."
He stalled for a moment before exploding at Azrael.
"How do you not know your own granddaughter?! What the hell is wrong with your family!?" [[RWARG!]]

Rufus drew both of the revolvers. He aimed them at the man, and pulled 8 shots in secession.
Alice jumped out of the way, tucking into a ball, getting closer to her bag of tools and the Vulcan. She took out a allen wrench, and began to undo the plating of the arm with haste.
Rufus kicked off of the ground leaning to the right, he lifted off and flew in that direction.

Azrael turned to Ecchymos, baring part of his sharklike teeth in a scowl.
"She accidentally timetraveled, obviously."
[[oh yeah, Azrael, like that happens so often.]]
Azrael continued his inspection.
”You have no demonic features, so you are not Robin and Jikoku’s…”
He squinted even further, and then took out a light.
He smiled unpleasantly.
”Oh. That skin, that hair, that high-pitching ringing… even the face looks the same. You’re the daughter of Kokopelli, aren’t you?”
“Yes.”
Azrael frowned even further.
”…you poor, poor child.”
He covered his face with a clawed hand.
Monoe looked up at Azrael.
”Why?”
Azrael sniffed.
”My only real grandchild…! Induced to this…can you stop that ringing?”
”But if I do, I can’t… see.”
”Fine. Your life is horrible as is, no need to go blind.”
Azrael lifted her up, sighing.
"Such an adorable little girl. If only your parents weren't a lunatic and a iceberg."

Monoe blinked.
"...can you do that again?"
[[Ennnjoooooooy the siiiileeeence]]
Azrael sighed.
"Kids..."
He continued to drop her, and then lift her up, as if she was six years old.
"You don't... have any bruises form them... do you?"
"Any grayish ones? Only when Mommy gets mad."
Azrael's eyes got wide, while his pupils became miniscule.
"Wh...What...?"

The bullets deflected.
"Please," Jack said, "just get out of here. You're goign to be given a sack of gems anyways, due to your two consecutive wins."
Polly wailed.
"What?! Why?!"
"You're too hurt to go on. You and the girl both are."
Jack took out an emerald, and extended it forward to Rufus.
"Women and their... bickering. Here. Take this as a peace offering for now."
[[Jack avoids conflict. Why he's in a tournament, I don't know.]]

"Ah, okay."
He waited until Azrael had Monoe on the ground, then grabbed his hand.
"Very nice to meet you, sir."
Vhozd was clenching his fists spasmodically. Ecchymos then realized what Monoe had said.
"What."
His eyebrow twitched.
"Change of plans. When Team D wins, I want to meet your parents. Then we can go back to my castle."

Azrael ripped his hand away, and, kneeling down, held Monoe's arms.
"Monoe... did... Kokopellli do anything?"
Monoe shook her head.
"Daddy tells me Mommy just has a 'shooting license', and that I should run away whenever she gets angry. He once told me that we'd leave, but Ann would go crazy and kill herself, or mess up fate."
Azrael froze.
"So... your mother..."
"My mommy?"
"...she is the only reason you have bruises?"
"Well, she makes me tell Daddy that I tripped. She then tells me that I have an 'Electra complex', and I'll 'steal' Daddy away. She says that's why she hates me. but no mother hates their kid, right? That's silly!"
Azrael did not respond, and Monoe tilted her head.
"G...Grandpa?"

"The ********...." Rufus opened one of the revolvers, to ensure it was loaded with proper rounds. He looked back at the man. ".....Piss off." He whipped his right hand to the right, the chamber snapped back in.
Alice began to take various parts inside the arm that were covered in the sticky substance out, and dug in the bag to replace them.

Jack tilted his head.
"Why deny an offer of 'please leave us alone, we're sorry'?...ah well."
One of his hands lurched forward, clasping around Rufus' head to fill it with images of a medium-level intensity.
Jack turned to Alice, smiling distastefully.
"Hey, miss. The only way he'll get out of here alive is if you take him and run. I advise you do so."

A shower of acid came over Alice. The now repaired arm, now clenched into a fist. She replaced the plating on the copper arm. She picked up the gun and the bag, strapping the wrench back on the outside of the bag. She bit her tongue, then sighed. "...Let him go, we will leave." Her voice was low.

"At least I gave you and Polly a fair fight. You won, also, so I'll report it as such."

Rufus fell to the ground. Regaining consciousness, he got off the ground.
Alice looked at him. "....Rufus, were getting the hell out of here."
"Why in the 'ell." He questioned, holstering his revolvers.
"Just ******** do it."
Rufus, in a haze, walked out of the room. Alice followed, before passing the threshold, she turned around.
She pointed the large gun at the woman, though it was not loaded, with her right arm. "You are ******** dead." She then left the room.

A vein on Ecchymos' forehead burst, allowing partially coagulated blood to stream down his face. Seams opened and closed on his face, while behind him, Vhozd was actually shaking from rage.

Monoe saw Ecchymos.
"Y-Your head...!"
Valentine's Report came onto the coffin room radio.
"Hey, space cats! Just wanting to warn you of an impending rip in the time-space continuum. Why do I say 'impending'? Well, I'm a timetraveler, and I won't reveal it for plot reasons. For any of you sick to paradox, I feel very sorry for you. He may guest star on our show for his musical talents, too!"
A portal opened.
"Okay, then, not impending."
[[I'm going all out here lol. I was going to introduce Lycoris here, but since Kokopelli's been introduced already [in person AND heavily in context], it shouldn't hurt a bit.]]
