I think right now I have enough saved up for it, including airfare and all, but I would be too frugal to buy any merchandise once I got there, so I'm not sure it would really be worth it.

Oh, and I hate to be the super evil bubble buster again, but 12 people is still a stretch.
As far as the 7 people from this years minicon(not including you/me/pez), the only two who might be able/willing/have any money at all to contribute would be Alana and Riva.
Turkey is living off food stamps, and Maddy was only allowed to the last one because her Grandparents live in Taylors Falls. And Vaerna is 10.

With those previous five, plus your possible 2-4 new people, and the very unlikely Mittenites, even then we would barely even skate by.
That would be a really great set-up, if only more of us had the money AND the time.
