He was holding her hands. A feeling went through her that she recognized, but still could not identify.
She looked up again, her eyes meeting Kal's. The same emotions she felt seemed reflected in them.
"I can only hope and pray so. Pray for both of us."

She nodded. Sometimes people just didn't want to be prayed for, and she would not force it. "I'll try to keep you in my thoughts, all the same."
She started to slip her hands out of his.

:::Kal rolled his eyes at himself. Then he sort of stared up, off into the vast empty of the brink's ceiling. A few moments of trying to think of anything but what an idiot he must have just looked like in front of Luana...allowed him to recall that she smiled right before she left. At least he could do that much for her:::
:::Nex thing Kal knew, he was over at the bar...looking around for peices of hair lying around... for what reason he wasn't sure. But he saw nothing... and eventually, he too faded away:::

(( ninja Maybe somebody will be on to play today sweatdrop ))
Janani fiinds herself blinking at the sudden change in brightness and coloration. Where she'd been was so bright...so colorful... The Brink seems so different from that, and she has to adjust her eyes to grow used to it. However...once again, the place seems so gloomy. She thinks she's made some friends here, but the Brink never seems to bring them around before she gets here...and hold them until she arrives or during one of her visits. She wants to see those Fae again. She wants to see that human girl whom she'd promised to find and visit in their world... Janani needs more information to keep that promise. She...just wants to see somebody!

I can't imagine a party without me either.
*sets down the bottles* Melissa's turnin' 21 this weekend. She wants us all to go out to some new Italian restaurant, before we party tomorrow.
